when vendors has same product i need to display the product have the less price is this possible ?

Hi dear

Please check the attachments ,
The vendor can create orders manually , and from this page the vendor can add products from his store only , and in the below he has a discount tab & the discount only have fixed products discount, and i cant change it to another type of discount like percentage.
