Great! That is exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much!
samsun34567ParticipantHi team,
Hate to keep bothering you like this…. but I think it’s not been fixed in the updates so far. Any news?
Thanks!

I don’t know why my status update notification was turned off. I turned it on and it’s working. Thanks!
samsun34567ParticipantYeah I don’t know why I missed it…. thanks guys!
March 19, 2019 at 4:54 am in reply to: Send new order mail to vendor only after payment is made #53407samsun34567ParticipantHi,
I tested with a new order and it’s the same.
So the vendor never got any email for when the status was changed to processing from on-hold.
1. Vendor only get 1 email when new order was placed.
2. Customer get 2 emails when new order was placed as well as when status changed to processing from on-hold.
3. Admin get 1 email when new order was placed.I think you might have misread when you said vendor received “Processing” status update notification, since there was never a mail to vendor when this happens.
Thanks!

but have you considered cropping it? Since most people usually won’t have rounded photos?
samsun34567ParticipantHi team,
Any update on this?
Thanks!
February 25, 2019 at 2:52 pm in reply to: Send new order mail to vendor only after payment is made #50016samsun34567ParticipantHi team,
Any update on this?
Thanks!
samsun34567ParticipantOkay I understand.
But doesn’t the normal process of a refund/return involves the customer sending back the product to the vendor, and the vendor would then make sure the product’s state is eligible for refund? In other words, how would the admin know which refund request to approve and which to reject?
Thanks!
samsun34567ParticipantHi,
I see the error is gone… but the display issue still remains. Also the commission text remains too.
Thanks
samsun34567ParticipantHi,
Ok got it.
Also just wondering if there is a way to let vendors tell admin that they approve the refund as well? Seem like the vendor should be able to make the decision.
February 22, 2019 at 10:51 am in reply to: Send new order mail to vendor only after payment is made #49513samsun34567ParticipantYes it’s all initiated by admin.
But still no email to vendor about the status change.
February 22, 2019 at 8:47 am in reply to: Send new order mail to vendor only after payment is made #49505samsun34567ParticipantHi,
I manually changed it in Woocommerce -> Orders for testing purposes.
Is this what you’re asking?
Thanks!
samsun34567ParticipantOkay I see … so only admin is allowed to approve/reject refunds.
Could you tell me under what circumstances will the vendors request for a refund? Don’t quite understand this part.
Thanks!
February 22, 2019 at 8:11 am in reply to: Disable/hide shipping by country and shipping by weight option in vendor setting #49494samsun34567ParticipantHi,
Yes I am aware of the option. What I’m looking for is to hide/disable the selection options itself when vendors are setting up shipping.
Meaning removing it from the drop-down menu.
Thank you.
February 21, 2019 at 4:18 pm in reply to: Why do vendors have the option to make refund request on the order page? #49419samsun34567ParticipantThanks!
February 20, 2019 at 7:13 am in reply to: Send new order mail to vendor only after payment is made #49118samsun34567ParticipantOkay thanks for the advice.
Tested it again.
Vendor only gets one new email when new order is first placed.
Than I manually changed the order status from on-hold to processing and from processing to completed. -> Only the customer get emails, nothing for the vendor.

So a suggestion here:
What got me confused is that the single product review goes into vendor review, but at the same time you can review the vendor directly, which is all mixed together and quite confusing.
Why don’t you separate the 2 kinds of reviews ->
1. You can aggregate all the single product reviews in the vendor page while showing which products they are.
2. Use another review for vendor itself, or simply disable it and show the average of all the single product review.
Here is a similar website which I think did a good job on the reviews, for your reference: https://www.pinkoi.com/user/blissandhome?onload=cb_review#~review
samsun34567ParticipantOh okay, in that case it’s fine for now.
Thank you very much for the help!
February 20, 2019 at 4:12 am in reply to: Reviews kept showing "Your review is awaiting approval" #49083samsun34567ParticipantOkay I can’t seem to disable it.
I turned reviews off in modules, also turned off review manage in capabilities. It still appears though.
What can I do?
February 20, 2019 at 3:59 am in reply to: Reviews kept showing "Your review is awaiting approval" #49082samsun34567ParticipantOHHH okay, I thought the review tab in single product page is for product review, turns out it’s for vendor review! Got it.
Think I’ll disable the vendor review altogether. Thanks!
samsun34567ParticipantGreat it works!
All there is left is some CSS to put it in the right place.
Could you help me, I tried but couldn’t make it right.
Thanks!

Basically, if left a review for single product ->
1. Shows “Your review is awaiting approval” on single product page
2. Shows up in vendor review in vendor store page.
