Once u have created the app you will need to be sure that your paypal account has the feature “payPal payout”, to have this enabled your account has to be a business account.
You can check the step to enable the feature here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/payouts/#payouts-featuresI followed all steps and now is wotking fine, but I’m so pissed with support of this plug-in that I decided to use a different one at the end, I don’t have any use of useless support company.
