8 – WCfM Settings

8.1 – Vendor profile reset bug, while trying to test order completion bugs and commissions etc, I changed membership commission and I had to change vendor’s membership to a different plan then back to the same plan so I can test on the new commission, maybe when I did that the vendor lost all his profile information, or maybe another reason : https://imgur.com/EaRbzTk

5 – Withdrawal

5.2 – Canceled withdraw requests cannot be requested again even tho the vendor still has the same amount of money in his balance : https://imgur.com/5yuepmz

5.3 – This is Very Very Very Very IMPORTANT ! Withdraw charges should be for each request just like WC Marketplace, and not for each order! ( https://imgur.com/QyO6owK ) Why it is very IMPORTANT ? this will encourage vendors to withdraw bulk of orders rather than each order alone! as a business you want to minimize the number of requests so you can manage transferring money easily, for me, I will use Bank transfer to send money to vendors, they transfer fee in my country is 7.25 SAR so I will charge them for this per request. same thing goes for PayPal , it will be cheaper not to pay .30$ with each request, but with PayPal it is less problematic I think as it is percentage.

7- Front-end store page

7.3 – Product Rating Stars & Vendor Rating Stars in front end shows only 5 stars, the real rating for both is less than 5 stars.

8 – WCfM Settings

8.2 – When entering Dashboard home page I get ACCESS_DENIED alert, happened 3 times, 2 times as the vendor and 1 time as admin. https://imgur.com/xZQ6wdy

– That’s something impossible, is that already approved vendor?”

* It is free membership auto-approve, same as i was using in Dokan, I just disabled dokan and installed wcfm marketplace, nothing seemed working when I tested

“– Display label is off course same “Vendor”, though we just changed this to “Store Vendor” in 1.0.2. But your this site will not reflect this as user role already registered.”

* What do I do with old vendors ? they register again ? they’re all testing vendors so no big deal, but how to fix it if they’re real vendors ?

“4 – Completing orders.
– Vendor order status update is not connected with main order, if it connected then it will be a bug. Suppose a order has 3 products from 3 different vendors and one mark that order completed, now main order status change will not right. So we have kept vendor order status separately. We will definitely connect this main order status but how not very clear to us. We have already asked this to many users.”

* I am sooo confused, In all other multi vendor plugins when I complete order as vendor I can see it completed as Admin, in wcfm marketplace how can I know if vendor completed his order ????

* I don’t understand you, I will explain again (Vendor requested withdraw => Admin canceled => Vendor cannot withdraw again), this what happened to me, idk if it fixed yet, I will test everything later tonight.

* It’s is fine if you think it is best this way, but I tried to act like a customer it felt a bit annoying to me.

– It’s round off when star display, possibly both rating are more than 4.5”

* Actually Product is 3 / 5 & Vendor is 3.8 / 5, they should be at least 4 stars!

* Maybe Geo My WP ? because even while having this message, wcfm works fine.

I had Dokan on 4.wegospace.com and I had no issue in shipping or anything else

I have WCMP on 5.wegospace.com and I had no issue in shipping or anything else

I know this is exactly like Dokan shipping, I had Dokan in 4.wegospace.com with wcfm for more than 5 weeks shipping worked fine. Please fix it for me, I don’t want to re-done all my website again.

After Shipping is fixed I will re-test everything again + more testing on other parts.

Again, website was working perfect, I disabled Dokan Professional, then installed WCFM Marketplace, nothing else was changed, so everything should work. Unless WCFM Marketplace is conflicting with existing plugins.

Please give me a comment on 5.3 too, it is critical issue for me .

I tried in Paid Membership too, after completing the order the new vendor will get the same cannot access message.

There is no Reject button, only Approve and Cancel. Cancel should have confirmation message + history for canceled requests and the ability to change the status of the canceled request to (Pending / Approved / Rejected)

– What is different between Cancel and Reject?
History is already there. If you go into Vendor or Admin Transaction panel you will see a filer on top to see Cancel ones as well. Even cancel are visible in Vendor Ledger.

“change the status of the canceled request to (Pending / Approved / Rejected)” – we left this complexity and re-allow that commission for withdrawal. Actions can not be “Undo”, for payment part it’s always best to keep things oneway, either Approve or Reject. Hope you understand.

So i just did one more time and this what happened :-

1- 100$ Order Completed

2- Vendor requests 100$

3- Admin canceled withdrawal request

4- Vendor has his pending withdraw says 100$

6- Vendor cannot request 100$ again.

Q1 – Why would Admin cancels a withdraw request ? can be many reason I have nothing in my mind.

Q2 – But why can’t vendor request his 100$ again as it is his money ?

Q3 – If Vendor cannot request again, and it turned out that he really deserves the money, how can he ask for it again ? Manually by phone / email / wcfm new chat feature ? no history / record / financial reports ?

Q4- What if one of Shop Managers cancels a request by mistake ?
