      Hi,

**** Possibly you have enabled “Reverse Withdrawal” payment gateway option COD, so COD payments auto mark as Paid.
Check at WCFM Admin Setting -> Withdrawal Setting

also .. what is he relation between appointment status and order status? is their a logic integrating both statuses?

*** Yes, there has connection. It will be best if you confirm this from Appointment plugin’s author.

      Thank You

yes I activated the withdrawal and reverse withdrawal
      can you elaborate more
if payment is done offline (COD),, it means I haven’t received my commission yet so why the status is paid and in the credit card I received my commission why it is unpaid

      Regards

      Hi,

Which payment gateways you have enabled as “Reverse Payment”?

You may enable COD there, but Credit Card/Stripe should not be there!

Check this to know Reverse Withdrawal – https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-marketplace-reverse-withdrawal/

      Thank You

      Yeah, that’s fine.

COD payments will be reverse (Vendor -> Admin) and rest will be direct (Admin -> Vendor).

Now, check using CC pay, it will be not mark as “paid” automatically!

      Thank You

I do not understand what do you mean by CC pay and where I can find it?

      Hi,

      Please check this – https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-marketplace-reverse-withdrawal/

Reverse withdrawal – when vendor receive payment directly from customer and pay back to Admin.

App will be release very soon, within 1 week,

      Thank You
