      Hi,

      We are running tests in the staging environment running wcmf-marketplace. We wanted to clarify two points:

      1. Stripe charge in ‘destination charges’ and ‘transfer charges’ mode is charging shipping cost separately. Meaning, there are 2 charges for 1 order. Is this normal and expected? Please see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/msahg9 (Kindly read comments in screenshot)

      2. The shipping cost is coming to admin and not passing on to vendor as a separate charge ? We have checked under commission: Shipping cost goes to vendor?–yes.

      Can you kindly hint at what we might be missing such that shipping cost is not going to vendor? Thanks a lot in advance.

      Hi,

      We have checked under commission: Shipping cost goes to vendor?–yes.

      *** You have setup this fine but possibly you have not yet setup shipping as Vendor. So, shipping is not generating for vendors.

      Hi,

      We found the reason why your plugin was not showing correct shipping. It is in-fact a conflict between another plugin which calls shipping rates using an API.

      – Are you using any third part plugin for shipping rates?
      If so, then how vendor setting will work there!

      If you want to use live shipping rates that’s also possible, but you have to told me your shipping configuration.

      I was guided as per WC default shipping, no third party plugins considered!
