Add Local pick-up, and other shipping options

      Hello.
      Your plugins are the best so far.
      It would be great to have more shipping options located in the Marketplace shipping under the Woocommerce Shipping options. Only Regular Shipping is available for shipping by Country(which is a very nice feature).

      Between, WCFM Marketplace shipping covers all WC shipping options – by zone and by country
      Shipping Class are even supported.
