      Hi

      I would like this plugin to be added to the ticket support because it is really very complete https://supportcandy.net/

      possibility to attach documents? and others

      translated into quite a few languages and simply plugin utilisation.

      a possibility either to use it or to use yours but to be notified for each support tickets as yours in short a real integration.

      because for the moment the support ticket lacks addition of document invoice images etc …

      WCFM Ultimate already has “Support Ticket” module – https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-support-ticket-module/

      This also support attachment for support replies.
