Bugs on vendor order system?

Dear WCFM,
I just tested order from same vendor, and facing not receive order email or input on the vendor system site:

The order no is 1158
here is the admin screenshot: https://prnt.sc/nfmkf8 (has order 1158)
here is the vendor screenshot: https://prnt.sc/nfmmer ( no order 1158)

In the Vendor status page also skipped as shown above and not receive email notification when order received, only on-hold status got receive then canceled status also not receive.

customer and admin got the email notif, only vendor is skipped many parts.

any idea if this is a bugs? Thanks.

Sorry, the all email are arrived actually in the spam folder of vendor site. very sorry!

so the bugs only on vendor order status site (store-manager) as shown pic in the previous post.

will try updating the frontend manager and marketplace to newer since it just arrived.

will let you know.

Updated and tested again twice and seems fine now.
I dont know what is wrong before on the vendor order page is not showing. hope it was fine after this. 🙂

Hi,
I can reproduce the vendor store manager order list is not showing again now on newer status I made.

vendor store manager order list : https://prnt.sc/nfnzoe (not showing the order which has canceled)
admin order list : https://prnt.sc/nfo0yq (the order canceled shown)

is this a bugs or the canceled orders wont show in the Vendor order list side?

HI,

Well, failed and canceled order are by default disabled for vendors.

Actually, vendor order does not generate for such order status.
