shipping charge separately by each store not consistent

      When a buyer put products from different stores for checking out, he should be charged separately for different shop.

      I did it successfully on my local computer with wc marketplace and front manager. i enabled the vendor shipping and use shipping pro from pluginhive to calcuate the shipping rate for all vendors.

      but when can never repeat it on my online server (with same plugin as the local computer).

      does anyone have same experience and what is the solution? I did compare the configuration but no result.
