Vacation Mode and Support Ticket

Hi,

I have questions for Vacation Mode and Support Ticket.

1. For Support ticket. Is there any shortcode or endpoint slug that I can use to show the Support Ticket page on the customer’s dashboard which enables customer to reply back the support ticket from the vendor. 2. For the vacation mode I can see that when I set the vacation mode the products that I own can’t be booked for the date that I have set. However, since I still have to connect my product to my listing, the vacation mode doesn’t seem to be working on my listing and customer can still create booking regardless of the vacation date. Does it only work on the product side but not on the listing side?

1. NO,there is no short code for this. Customers will have Support tab under WooCommerce My Account page.

2. Well, listing are not purchasable but Bookings are WC Products. Vacation is this not blocking Bookings? We will check this, I am afraid if your theme manipulate WC default hooks for the purpose.

Between, what is your WCfM and WCfM Ultimate version?

1. Do you know the account endpoint to access the page? I tried domainname.com/myaccount/support-ticket/ and it doesn’t lead me to the page.

2. I am using Listify theme. I just updated my WCFM and WCFM Ultimate to version 4.1.2.

Don’t you have “Support Ticket” option at your My-Account page?

Is there Support menu under WCfM Dashboard?
