    Hi Hasan,

    We are debugging this issue deeply but didn’t see anything like that.

    Just for information we want to know something:

    Did you update WCfM in normal way from wordpress.org?
    If you updated it manually, I mean downloaded the updated vwrsion and replace the files then it will not work.

    Kindly Confirm.

    Hi Esteban,

    We have kept our Knowledgebase totally separate from WC Marketplace. And also kept it quite simple.

    Just check WCfM dashboard as Admin login and browse Knowledgebase. You will see an Editor, whatever admin write over there will be visible to Vendors Knowledgebase.

    Please suggest us, What you think, is it more usufull or WCMp knowledgebase ?

    Actually this fields are not coming by default. We have to install “post type” addon and you never mention that before.

    I am asking you many time, is that shortcode part is ok for you or not ?

    Yes, we can integrate that form. But it is not a normal form, it detects lattitude-longitude from address and doing many map functionality.

    We don’t want to integrate such things in our core module.

    If we only integrate form fields will be OK for you, kindly confirm.

    We can also do that special integration with all Map funtionality, but then it will be a custom solution for you.

    Thanks for get in touch with us.

    Yeah you are right, WCMp withdrawal request section is not yet part of WCFM dashboard. And also they have a Knowledge base section which is also not yet integrated.
    These two section will be integrated in very near future version, probably within 12-15 days.

    Thanks for the information but I am sorry to say that we can not integrate any “codecanyon” addon into WCFM core module.

    Still we can help you in this case, we will send a code snippet how to integrate addon plugins into WCFM product manager, hope this will helpful for you.

    Other alternate solution is that, we can do that exclusively only for you, but that will be paid customization. If you want that then please contact us with further details at wclovers.contact@gmail.com

    Hi Hasan,

    Kindly share the name of the Plugin.
    If its relevant enough then we will directly integrate it with WCFM core, otherwise guide you how to integrate third party addons with WCFM Product manager using hook-filter.
