Thanks – that now downloads unmerged columns except for the Purchased column which is still merging? See screenshot.
Is there not a way to select which unmerged columns to download?
Thankyou.

For example it merges into ‘1 item1xProduct name’ rather than having a column for number of items purchased with just the number in it – that would mean we can sum and calculate volumes sold without having to do a lot of clean up work of the downloaded file.
See screenshots – Download_columns is how it currently looks, Functional_columns is how we need it

For anyone else with the same issue I had to reset column visibility setting after updating the plugin to 5.1.7.

This has not fixed the issue, the wrong columns are still showing on the dashboard.

As you can see there is still additional text in some columns – ‘1 Item’ in the purchased column and ‘Via Credit card (Square)’ in the Gross Sales column, which means we can’t calculate that column because there are words in it. Can this be modified?
Thanks

gailParticipantYes I have Ultimate – not sure what you mean by order notes? I am asking about the download Excel columns.
gailParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.gailParticipantYes it is turned on – see screenshot

The screenshot is from Woocommerce, but the tracking code is not showing in Marketplace. Should it be pulled through automatically?
gailParticipantThe screenshot shows tracking details pulled through to WooCommerce from our delivery providers [via OneSaas sync]. We want that to appear on the Order details in WC Marketplace when the vendor /shop vendor logs in.
At the moment the tracking details can only be input manually.
Thanks…
gailParticipantHi – screenshot now attached. Just need the date and tracking code to sync through to backend.

gailParticipantThank you. I haven’t been able to find any step by step instructions to set up the system so was not aware I needed multi-vendor plugin.
Orders made at wyndham.wormlovers.com.au are not showing in the dashboard, where can I link that site to the user?
gailParticipantAny luck – both accounts are not working now?
gailParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.gailParticipant[See attached screenshots] The user settings and the resulting page when logging in as that User.
I can log in as Admin and see the dashboard, or can change the user profile to Shop Manager and see the dashboard – but then they can access the WordPress link.
