I do not intend to have vendors creating their own affiliates but I wanted them to enter the amount that they offer the affiliates i.e if vendor adds a product they can on affiliate add 10 which will set that particular product to pay the affiliate 10% per sale

I want to assign certain products to one Vendor and other products to another vendor. because of the number of products, this would be easy if I am able to bulk select and assign to a vendor. this feature is available to WC marketplace which I was using initially

After disabling WCFM the website is running smooth and fast with less resources on the server.

My suggestion was not to use woocommerce Subscription but to use woocommerce as a payment method. I use these plugins and the use woocommerce for payment but not relying on woocommerce subscription.
