Hi,
It is now almost a month since I posted the above query and I haven’t got an answer. I understand that you are busy but can you come back to me on the above query on how admin can manually change the unpaid status to paid for each vendors order.
Thanks in advance
ikeldistributionParticipantHi @jessicalefanu,
I discovered that I made an error with this and it was nothing to do with WCFM or Woocommerce. I had a link to my staging website that was never changed on my live website. The order ended up being placed on the staging website because of this and appeared there.
Sorry this is probably not what you want to hear.
I hope you get sorted soon.
Regards,
KingsleyikeldistributionParticipantHey Terry,
Thank you for taking the time to reply and for your information. I will look up the documentation again and take into account what you did. If I find an easier or alternative solution I will let you know.
I hope all is good with you and that your online market business is going well.
All the best,
KingsleyikeldistributionParticipantHi Terry,
I was looking for the same solution as you and I came across your post. Did you happen to find or receive from support a solution to marking an order paid manually?
Thanks,

I am still getting some ‘errors’ in GTmetrix with the WCFM Frontend Manager. I have attached a screen shot

I have not heard from you in relation to the issue I am having with Frontend Manager. It is having a detrimental effect on my vendor’s sales as I have lost the functionality of the plugin as I have had to deactivate it due to it dramatically slowing down my website.
Can you help please?
Thank you,

I have checked the settings for both vendor and product settings and I cannot find where the “Hidden” from “catalogue visibility” option is. Can you please let me know where this option is?
Many thanks,

As per the other question in this thread about changing an order from completed to paid, how do we do this please?
Thanks,
KingsleyikeldistributionParticipantHi All,
There is no plugin on my website that is causing the URL to redirect. Is there an error with the market place settings? Do you want to gain access?
Thanks,
KingsleyikeldistributionParticipantHi,
No, the shop URL is https:mycaboosestore.ie/shop. Here is an example of a URL that goes to the shop page – https:mycaboosestore.ie/producer/rucksnacks
It defaults back to shop every time even when I try different producer name after https:mycaboosestore.ie/producer/
Thank you,
KingsleyikeldistributionParticipantOk, worked it out.
I hadn’t activated stripe payment option in woocommerce > settings > Payments > activate WCFM Stripe Split Pay
Sorry for any the inconvenience
