ATTENTION: I have decided to deactivate the plugins gradually to see if there is a conflict.
The plugin is causing the problem:

Disabling this plugin resolved the problem.Fany VanDaalParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.Fany VanDaalParticipantsorry 🙂

Fany VanDaalParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.Fany VanDaalParticipantWell, you’re using Groups.
Groups have superior capabilities capabilities.
If you do not have this option enabled by default, it will not work in capabilities groups even if you have it there.
Can you verify that you have this turned on by default?
(unfortunately there is a translation error, even if I have the ENG language turned on, I see the menu in my native language, so I attach notes to understand)

Do you have a screenshot, how did I send it?
Do you use the WOOCOMMERCE FRONTEND MANAGER – GROUP & STAFF plugin?
Do you have these rights properly enabled in groups?
Fany VanDaalParticipantto Alex:
Capability Settings
Are you properly turned on?

we do not understand each other.
you are the vendor Admin
You have other vendors registered, like Alpha and Beta
If the customer buys at Alpha, only Alpha sees him
If a customer buys at Beta, he only sees it as a beta
These Admins do not see these users
If the customer buys from Admin, only the Admin sees itYou have to be a Store Vendor to see your customers on the page you mentioned.
Fany VanDaalParticipantto alexi:
but you are looking at your CUSTOMERS.
You see, you, as an administrator, are a reseller, and you look at the customers who bought you
If nobody bought you, you can’t see customers here
Customers see the vendor with whom the customer purchasedIf you want to manage all customers, then you can control them directly in wordpress-> user
now you understand? nobody bought you, so you can’t have customers here

please, have you tried the plugin?
https://gajelabs.com/product/scd/
It works?
Thanks for the information.March 15, 2019 at 5:49 pm in reply to: Possible to add a function badge per produt/category/tag #52883Fany VanDaalParticipantit would be great if there were badges for sellers as long as they sell their products on the web. It could count automatically from the date of seller approval. 😉
Fany VanDaalParticipantI tried this when all the products were variable.
Now I have added a simple product to the exam and it also has a button “view more”
Fany VanDaalParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.Fany VanDaalParticipantYes, but I have a problem. Can I use shortcode to define hiding items by screenshot?

Ideal would be to have the same settings as the woocommerce with products, so how many columns to display and how many vendors to view.
I think this option would appeal to more users of your plugin.
I will be glad if you consider this feature in the future 😉
Fany VanDaalParticipantYes, the seller may be removed.
Then the system should also be treated, for example by automatically redirecting to the start page if the vendor does not exist.
Because the vendor will only be deactivated, even in this case, the system has information about the situation.
Perhaps it would be a better solution not to “turn off” the vendor, but put it in the “maintenance” state and allow the administrator to preset the page to be displayed in such a state.
That would be probably the best solution. It would certainly be a very interesting feature.
Fany VanDaalParticipantYes, Google may index the seller’s page and then show it in search results. If a customer clicks on such a link, 404 is displayed and is not sure to look at other products.
Certainly, it would be better to see a “This store is temporarily closed” message. Already in principle, you can turn on the business again.
Fany VanDaalParticipantTurn off shop in Settings-> Sellers
The button image is highlighted.
But then the URL does not exist and the site returns 404Attachments:

I would have a similar issue:
If I turn off the seller’s store, the link to his site returns “error 404”.
Can somehow be made to display the “Seller was terminated” page?Thank you for answer.
Fany VanDaalParticipant*Resolved* Thank you for your direction in the right direction! There was really a mistake on my side. I had a checkered bank transfer in the “Marketplace Reverse Withdrawal Settings” section and that was wrong.
I attach a screenshot if someone had a similar problem to know where to look for a bug. The screenshot shows where the bad check was ticked.Thank you very much, you are awesome!
