Yes. After the order completion, the buyer raised the support ticket to the vendor. From vendor dashboard, vendor can see and reply to that support ticket. But show nothing in the buyer dashboard.

What if i want to hide or disbale the processing time? As i don’t allow my vendor to spend more than 7days in processing the order. To avoid fraud case.
