ParticipantHmmm… that seems to be the problem here. My vendor accounts only get one email for new order, with no subsequent emails to notify them of any further order status changes.
So you are saying normally they should be getting more emails? What might be causing this?

For the first point I meant the checkbox might cause some confusion if there’s no tab to begin with. It’s ok I’ll hide it with CSS for now.

I think you misunderstood.
For 1 -> I mean after you disable the inquiry tab, the option tick box to show it on single product page should also be disabled/hidden. See screenshot.
For 2 -> I mean maybe adding inquiry to make it one of the vendors tabs? Also see screenshot.

I get your point.
However, what if an order is placed but payment is never made. Vendors will have no idea which orders they actually have to ship right?
I’m thinking maybe
1) Send an email to vendor when the order is made, stating that an order has been made but awaiting payment
2) Send another email to vendor when payment is made, telling them it’s good for shipping
Or is there a better way? Let me know what you guys think!

I mean there is no reason that a lopsided banner will be better than a centered one. Given people will most certainly align their banner elements to the center when making them.samsun34567

ParticipantYeap! Solved it. Turns out I never set up a membership plan. Therefore it kept showing me that email. Set up a plan and it’s working.

Why is there a difference? Could it be because I haven’t set up membership plans or something along that line?
