is this account held in the database tables anywhere? I have no way of connecting this account or disconnecting it!!
there must be a way of removing this entry from the system from a table somewhere I have looked through them but can’t see which one it would be held in?
any ideas as I am stuck now!!

when trying to add that URL after i have change “My-domain” to the correct value i get

any vendor who had connected a stripe account now gets

I have put this URL https://www.my-domain.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=store-setup\u0026step=payment
and
https://www.my-domain.com/store-manager/store-setup/ into stripe,
I get the same error on both
I can’t join up to stripe when going through the store set up but can from the store-management
do you know what the URL would be

On the latest update it’s possible to refund payments when a customer requests one.
The rerund request will appear in the request list if the admin accepts the request stripe split pay refunds the vendors payment as well as the site admins fees

I have installed that, the e-mail is getting sent, the test vendor sent it to the wrong e-mail address lol (typo)
so we have resolved that now and the test vendor can verify via e-mail

I have found though that the e-mail verification is now not working, the verification e-mail is not being sent
I have disabled this feature and re-enabled it but it does not send
any ideas?

all sorted, I found that the subscription details page was missing as per the screenshot

restored from the latest backup, reinstalled the latest plugin updates and everything is working correctly now
not sure what was creating the error but stripe appears to be happy again

so they are there but not visible until they log out and back in

on my t’s and C’s I have stated that customers need to get in touch with the vendor directly
the workflow you suggest looks good to me, like you im in the UK (sunny old Gloucestershire) and to be honest when you say
So it’s very important that vendors have the ability to change the status of refunds, so you can know if the item has been returned, it’s on its way, or what.

yes that’s how I have been testing it, to be honest
it’s not great, and perhaps I’m doing it wrongcurrently, my site is not live but in testing, and this is the workflow I follow
I agree about the vendor’s tab though, it would cut out a lot of hassle
now to be totally honest, I have both vendors and main admin stripe account and i can switch between the two when logged into the stripe, so it’s working for me but I can’t guarantee it would work in a live environment to be totally honest, so I would have to get intouch with the vendor and request they refund

Is it possible when we use the stripe split pay gateway, to require vendors to connect there stripe account to ours during signup?
And
Is it possible to secure WordPress pages behind a membership plan, so access to pages can be restricted to members

just found this plugin and its fantastic
I do have a problem with it though
it stops the category from being required
before I installed this, vendors needed to add a category when adding products, but the validation appears to be missing nor, even though its set in the dashboard
and is it possible to space out the categories and tag, there appears to be a lot of empty white space on the product page when this is installed
it’s much easier for vendors to use though, it’s fab, many thanks

I have to admit that the refund process does seem to be off as the vendor can administer refunds, but I guys it would be the site admins job as the money travels first through there account before being passed to the customers.
The way I do it is to request a refund through stripe, log into your stripe dashboard find the payment and refund it.
The money is pulled back out of the vendors linked account
