You were right, this is an issue with the WC Appointments plugin.

many thanks for the code, it removed the wrong memberships 🙂
however, it appears that the figures are incorrectit says I have 5 users on the free account when I only have 3 vendors on that level
is it counting customers

when testing with an Ipad in landscape mode it works perfectly,
when in portrait mode however the menu issue becomes unusable as per mobiles

when I passed the code in and browse to the memberships page, the count is still wrong,
I have 3 vendors as per the screenshot, these are all on the same plan “Free plan” but since running the code the memberships show I have 5 on this plan
it also incorrectly shows I have 2 vendors on the level 2 plane and 1 cancelled vendorSteve

just tested this code, the problem remains
on an iPhone, the scroll when placing your finger on the menu and scrolling also scrolls the screen beneath, even though it appears to be two separate sections,
this is stopping the menu (at least) in my case from scrolling all the way down to logout.the store manager is really hard to navigate on mobile, (i haven’t tested on android) as I don’t have a phone with that OS, but on iPhones running ios and safari as there browser, the usability is really hard
I will record a video from my handset to show you, as that will show you the issue much clearer

I’m not getting issue 1
but I do have Store Manager Menu Item Logout Option is not showing in mobile view.
the user is unable to scroll down to the logout link, the scroll stops at the ledger book menu item

yes during testing (a few versions back) the memberships were changed even without continuing through the payment gateway,
also when the admin changed the vendors level this was not counted correctly.but
since the last update if the vendor changes the membership level, but does not complete the payment the membership count does not change (which is correct)
the problem at least for us is that
currently, the count of membership levels is completely incorrect, which is fine at the moment because we have a few vendors, but I can see this becoming an issue as the site evolves.
do you have a snippet of code, that can recount the current memberships so these are shown correctly?

As per their suggestion, it will be only possible by add “Staff” role to Vendor’s as well
I take it that means that the vendor will need two logins? one with a vendor account, and then they would need to add them self as a staff member?
if so that’s not going to work for the vast majority of small businesses,on the other hand
if a vendor could also be given “staff” level then that would be fantastic

Once the vendors are logged in, the system appears very quick, it’s just the initial login that can take a while.
Yes the vendors list can take a while to load 3-5 seconds
The products page list can take a 1 – 2 seconds to load, the rest of the vendors store management area is very fast indeed.
I’m really happy with it but as the site gets full I can see a move to a more powerful system will be required to keep things running smoothly

I had noticed timeouts when vendors were login into the site with lots of products 1100+
I have moved to a specialist business host because of this and since moving the login for vendors has speeded up considerably with no time outs but it can take 2 to 4 seconds to access the site after login in
But I have a feeling I will have to move to a dedicated server as the vendors add more and more products

sorry, I thought that Store setup custom colour setting compatibility added allowed the vendor to change there store colours

the problem with the count appears to be this
when testing or when on your live site you go through the process of changing membership levels, but “Do not go through the payment process” the membership is counted as being applied.
i think the membership level should only be applied After the payment has been received from the payment gateway
