I found the problem!
I have installed WCFM on an existing shop site.
I created a vendor and I added the existing products (from the old shop) to this vendor.
The fault was that I did not do the shipping configuration for the vendor. I didn’t add the Woo Commerce shipping zones to the vendor’s store shipping settings, so the shipping costs used by the site when an order was placed were the default WC ones. Therefore WCFM was not able to add the shipping costs to the vendor’s tab!All good now!
Thanks!
vpartenieParticipantYou can clearly see that all the settings are for the vendor to receive the shipping costs yet he only receives 18GBP all the time. Never gets the shipping added to his commision!
As I said from the beginning the “send shipping cost to vendor” checkbox does not function properly.vpartenieParticipantHere are step by step all the pictures of the settings and of the transaction I’ve just minutes ago…

I’m talking about the shipping costs here that stay with admin no matter what settings I’m selecting…
And by the way, I did ALL the combinations! Same result…can’t have the shipping money go to the vendor…vpartenieParticipantUpdate:
Same thing happens if I don’t use “global rule” for a specific vendor and I do the settings on his vendor page.
1)I have the “vendor keep the shipping cost” checked on his page.
2) I place an order
3) 18GBP comes to be requested by the vendor…10GBP shipping remains to Admin no matter what settings I apply.vpartenieParticipantOf course each test was made on new orders!
But no matter what I select (who keeps the shipping costs) the commision is the same
In other words, the check box “who keeps the shipping” is not working. - AuthorPosts
