Actually you are right.

It was a bit confusing for WCMp store admin’s, as they are already habbituate with WCMp default knowledgebase.

So we have also integrated that with our own Knowledgebase module.

Kindly update WCFM to 2.3.3 and you will find those in Vendor Knowledgebase page.

If you have any further query or facing any issues please feel free to share with us, as our only moto is to make WCfM more simple and useful to Vendors as well as Store Admins.

Hey! I just saw the update and it’s great, but i think that the Knowledgebase is not working, i have 3 guides for sellers and the guides are not showing in the Knowledgebase tab, please see the pictures:

and is there any change that sellers can select the child category? i think that your plugin doesn’t support this. But maybe if you only let all categories available to the vendor in no particular order(means no parent child mapping for them, but admin should have the proper mapping). It would work meanwhile.

Hi Again,

I noticed that there is a difference (mismatch) in the reported commission to the vendor from the correct commission.

For example, check the attachment:
1- This order included items from 2 vendors
2- The item from vendor A, which is looking at the order see that his commission from this product line item is 280
3- However, Total Commission is 336 !!! which is including the commission from Vendor B.

Total Commission should be 280 as per the above line items in the order.

Could you please check and update about this issue?

Hello again,

Thanks for the last wonderful update, the products page looks great on both desktop and mobile.

However, I would like to know how can I hide or disable the profile tab, or at least the Social media accounts tab in the Dashboard.
I have marked the social media accounts to be hidden by WC Vendors but this is not changing any thing.

I am ok to keep the Profile, but very important to hide the social media section.

WCFM can work as standalone, but then it will work for Admin only. If there is any marketplace plugin then it will start obey vendor capability as per vendor plugin.

I think you are using WC Vendors Pro also and confusions come from there. WC Vendors Pro is a premium verson of WC Vendors but it is not work like that. It works standalone. You may see many settings dulipication in admin panel. And suprisingly both provide separate dashboard for vendors with different/duplicate settings options.

WCFM trying to stramline those things and keep the settings simple. We devide those into two sections – Settings & Profile.

Just want to mention here, WC Vendors Pro all settings are not yet available under WCFM settings panel, we will add them in future updates.

When you are updating address from wcfm profile page(C) it will update vendor user billing address. There also has two checkbox – use as shipping address and use as store address. If you have check those then same address will be updated as shipping and store address. Store shipping address(Pro) not yet covered.

Yes you can also say that, we are nit yet providing separate address section for store address if some vendor wants to keep it different than billing address.

Shop phone number from Settings(B) updating on A – telephone field, kindly check once.

In A – Store Shiiping Address and Store Shipping General settings not yet covered under WCFM setting, and both these sections are part of WC Vendors Pro. Will be covered soon.

There has another confusion section in WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro, Vendor Capabilities. Both plugins provide separate calability settings, really confusing one.

In WCFM next version we are trying to streamline vendor capability control.

Don’t worry about that.
This link was working for our older versions but now all our settings can be managed from front end settings page.
So we have removed wp-admin settings page but that link is not replaced (by mistake), will be fixed in our next update.

Yeah right, there has some issue in some mobiles view. Though those will be also fixed in our next update.

I have already shared our next update beta version with your email address. You may use those plugins till WCFM next update.

I just can’t get your last line. Menu is always there so why you need to go to the main screen each time to switch pages?

May be I am misunderstanding this, it will be great if you can share screenshot for what kind of difficulty you are facing here.

I do not see any code in the free version.

I have just checked it and it works fine as this shortcode page is no way connected with WCFM.

I have updated both admin and vendor settings from WCFM dashboard but the shortcode is working fine.

Can you please define why you are trying to do so?
Are you using WC Vendors Pro and want to associate more vendor settings?

If so, then please send us a list of those settings, we will add support to those in our next update.

Hope you didn’t missed my last message, it shows clearly how orders count aligned. In orders dashboard orders are shown in itemized way so it can not be matched with exported order count. But if you check in reports page, it will match.

Yeah sure, date filter in orders dashboard is in our queue and hopefully it will be available in our next update.

It will be honest to say that WCFM is not fully integrated with WC Vendrs Pro and we no where mention that, wheather its our site or plugin page.

But I can assure you that WCFM will fully integrated with WC Vendors Pro soon as our team is working really hard on that.

In the mean while if any settings or rules of WC Vendors Pro is really essantial for your site then please inform us, we will bring that top of our list.
