Various issues : Support tickets and Inquiries not possible

      Hello,
      I have installed Ultimate but no other plugins.
      In product page I see a tab calla : Renseignements, but the clients cannot ask anything. Why ?
      In client dashboard, I see 2 new tabs : Support tickets and Inquiries, Again here customer cannot do anything, We only see “You do not have any support ticket yet!” and “You do not have any enquiry yet!”.
      How can clients ask questions about product in product page and also in his dashboard ?
