Hi,

1.- I’m sorry, but I really need your .pot files to be complete. I tried to perform a manual update, I got several strings that existed but in your .pot file were not added.

2.- On the other hand, not being an expert, I am not sure if the line numbers that accompany the location of the string should be the same as yours. I have some differences.

Ex:
In your wc-fronted-manager.pot:

3.- Another type of issue.

I found a new strings when you made change at the email that receive vendors. Right now it’s imposible to translate billing info and address info at the end of the email.

In wc multivendor markplace files, this is that I found but don’t work:

4.- I the same email for new order to vendor, don’t exist translation for “description”.

5.- And my last comments is about the same email that receive a Vendor for new order, Why only show new info to Vendor about the shipping time processing and method, If it is also important to indicate to the client some of these data ?

The only thing I have is the newsletter plugin, but only for sending newsletters.

and, I’m not using smtp with that.

Update !

Maybe I found a solution.

Why do you use {site_name}, because I found a string that you use: [{site_title}] New Store Order ({order_number}) – {order_date}

I don’t know why, but my site name with [{site_title}] work perfect with the symbol &

But for me Banner Store List are 600 x 300 px, all depend of your layout of the store list.
For mobile are the same 520 x 150 px !

Because do you have two cases with translation site name.

Thanks so much for your answer about to update .pot files in other topic. Will be great.

But I can show all email subject that have problems, included someones that don’t have translation.

Other option are if you have a solution only for me, because my site name have a & symbol and when a vendor received someones emails the subject said:

Eg: XXX & a m p ; xxx : Email Verification Code

You are right ! happend only with edge browser, because now I test with firefox and all it’s ok.

I have disable in setting both; policies and customer support, but this is the reason of my comment, will be better if someone disable policies or support, don’t ask in the setup store.

It only happens when someone uses Internet Explorer (old browser)

With firefox 64.0 work fine.

Yes, In the Store Setup, but will be better if I explain all process and others issues.

I add pictures of my setting when apply for ask for Store address and phone address.
Then I set only bank transfer option to withdrawal.

You can see that is confused when ask for address, because we don’t now if ask for personal or store address.

Then you will see that in setup store ask for paypal and skrill, when I don’t select in the setting.

My las request are about to skip two process: Policies (I disable in setting, but still asking for that) We want to have only one policies, that will be the web page policies.
The same for support, we want only one support (web page, not every vendor)

I hope this one help to have a better system.
