No option to create support ticket from my account

      I’m having issues with the support ticket module. When enabled the support ticket module it shows the tab on my account page but there’s no any options to create a new support ticket from there. I also couldn’t find any configuration option for the modules “Customer”, “Store Vacation” “Live Chat” and “Analytics”. Is there any guide how to configure those modules when they’re enabled?

      Regarding customer support option, this customer have any order? Please check here :

      Store vacation – This is under vendor manager -> store setting – >
      Live Chat – Please check here
      Analytics – You need to install WOOCOMMERCE FRONTEND MANAGER – ANALYTICS . Check here –

      Hi there, I have the same problem. So the customer has placed an order, but does not see the support button as stipulated in the first image of:

      So there is no option to create an support ticket anywhere. The module is activated and the suppliers do see it in their dashboard, but the customer can not create one.

      What are these order status?

      If these are at “On Hold” or “Pending Payment” then support ticket will not come.

      Order should be at “Processing” status to generate support ticket.

      Well, this is default option, if you want to tweak this then please know us, will give you code snippet accordingly.

        on the other hand it lacks the possibility of adding files like the invoice in pdf of the images etc …
        a solution ?
