September 2, 2019 at 9:01 am in reply to: Cannot access to the admin "store manager" page but others still can #79569JulienCKJMParticipantHello again, after countless efforts to solve the problem I finally figured out that the issue was this plugin “Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster” which was somehow blocking the loading of the dashboard page. You can now close this ticket, and again thanks for your support.
August 31, 2019 at 5:08 pm in reply to: Automatically syncronizing vendor store location with product location (worked?) #79340JulienCKJMParticipantYes you can do that, but even without google maps or geo my wp but only display the products based on the city’s name that was input by the customer in his address details (and if the city’s name was not input by the user, then all the products in the shop page will be displayed to him regardless of areas or vendors). It is just a matter of names and not necessarily the location. I don’t know if you get what I’m trying to say, but it should be really simply, because you have already in the shops list page that function available when a user can search a shop based on its area (state, city). You could use the same methode for products now as I just explain above. Thank you!

I’ve just also found out that I could access to some settings from the front end, like “capability” and “messages”. But I still cannot go to the home page of the dashboard, and also I cannot go to the list of vendors and orders list for exemple.August 31, 2019 at 1:32 pm in reply to: Cannot access to the admin "store manager" page but others still can #79330JulienCKJMParticipantI cannot access to the admin dashboard at all, when I try to open that page, it just shows a blank white page in the navigator. But as I said, other vendors for example have no issue at all with their dashboard and I have tried, it works fine for vendors, but for myself as the admin of the website, it’s nolonger opening at all.
Now I’ve just tried to access the backend settings (WCFM Options) from the wp dashboard side menu, and there also I couldn’t access it, it did not open as well.August 28, 2019 at 1:46 pm in reply to: Automatically syncronizing vendor store location with product location (worked?) #78754JulienCKJMParticipantSo is it possible to do that?
August 24, 2019 at 12:16 am in reply to: Automatically syncronizing vendor store location with product location (worked?) #78079JulienCKJMParticipantYes but more than that, is it possible to display for a particular user the products available only for his area based on the address (the town or city) that he put when he registered? In th way that the site would look for matchings between products from vendors’ address and the user’s address then put those products first in the shop page. This option could be something called “filter products by your area (or city)”
August 14, 2019 at 1:36 pm in reply to: Automatically syncronizing vendor store location with product location (worked?) #76599JulienCKJMParticipantUnfortunately I don’t use geo-my-wp because of some issue with my map api (I’m trying to solve the issue)
But what I’m asking is simply refert to the account details of the user (his town for instance, not necessarily pin-pointing his precise location) then display the products that match with his area from the vendor’s shop location (also just the general area where his store is located) whithout again any need for pin point map location. Basically it will be just to show products that match with his town or area from the vendor’s town also. Those details would be already available in the account details of both vendor and customer with no need of google map or geo my wpMarch 29, 2019 at 2:55 pm in reply to: Access to the driver's dashboard from his "my account" page #55202JulienCKJMParticipantOkay, I’m looking forward to it.
JulienCKJMParticipantHey they’ve helped me, and the problem was all about the memory allocated to the plugin (woocommerce for instance, I guess) was exhausted. Here is the message that helped to figure it out (and sorry for not exhibit it in the log fatal errors in woocommerce statut that you asked me, I thought it was irrelevent but turned out to be the key:). Here is the fatal error:
2019-03-28T15:26:58+00:00 CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4194312 bytes) dans /home/emeaon3u/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php à la ligne 2610
So in the end, they just allocated more memory (arround 512Mb or something like that) and everything is fine! Thank you again!!JulienCKJMParticipantI haven’t knowingly disabled anything related to PHP session, but you can guide me on how to enable it if necessary please
JulienCKJMParticipantSo… What do all that mean? (You can also relate to the logs provided here since it seems to be the same issue. https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/manual-ordering-with-multiple-item-and-error-to-load-ajax-vendor-table/
But anyway, if you find the explanation or better, a way to fix it, just let me know please. Thank you!JulienCKJMParticipantbtw, my wp is in frenchso some ligns may not be in english
JulienCKJMParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.JulienCKJMParticipantFatal errors are being generated in woocommerce status indeed
JulienCKJMParticipantCould anyone tell how to fix this issue please?
JulienCKJMParticipantOkay I see, I’ll try this out. Thank you
JulienCKJMParticipantSorry again, but what about the map now? how to customize the default map to be shown on the header of that page?
JulienCKJMParticipantOhhh okay now I get it, thank you!
JulienCKJMParticipantI’d like to know how to manage these settings

JulienCKJMParticipantGreat, I think it’ll be just fine. Thank you again.
JulienCKJMParticipantBut will the geo location be fine? I’m using Geo-my-WP
