I don’t have different language, but to test I can change the language to English.

So, if I have only in spanish, the column not see at all, just show part of date.

Maybe it’s a problem with the size of fonts ? I don’t made change in the code to generated pdf.

Yes, but was in live site the issue. But was an error from divi theme.

I understand what you tell me, but it is not possible to verify anything on a store page, since it is wcfm who creates that page.
Different is what happens with the page with the list of stores, that works perfect and allows you to hide the logo of my website with the scrolldown.
I can add that the same thing happens with the page for the dashboard, it has the same setting as the store list, but in this case it fails and does not hide the logo.

Can you please re-check, because The only common are wcfm.

Update:

The issue with safe mode of divi theme on the wizard setup was resolved by Elegant themes with an update of Divi theme.

But more important that still the problem with scroll menu.

You can not right now, just wait for a response from wcfm keymaster!

For me it was difficult to understand this, but it is different that you can see the admin vs. what the seller sees in an order.

The administrator can see everything he did in the woocommerce order, but the vendor order view is a new screen that was made for this multi-market system, so they need to add code to reflect it.

You said that in woocommerce order admin, but here we are in wcfm. That’s the problem.

I know but wcfm don’t have this feature, so will be great if wcfm make this for us. Make a discount not up the price 😉
The same happend with refunded, if you use refund by wc admin, the vendor and customer don’t understand nothing.

I did the same exercise to try and work perfectly.

The commission setting after discount is for discount coupons. It is not your case

If you change the original price after the purchase, you can not change the original price. The customer bought at the original price. If it would not be a fraud.

If another customer makes a purchase after the changes, you will see the new price. And the commission will be made regarding the new price.

Hi,

I made a Vendor Proposal Order View.

0.- I moved columns to made more easy indentify earning column and total column.
1.- I tried to clean info that not need it near to products items.
2.- I add “by DEMO” (store) in coupon used, because is more easy know who made (Important when Admin does)
3.- I add SubTotal near to Discount (In red) to calculate Net Total(c) (important to calculate commission) In this case after discount, commission of 80% for vendor)
4.- Now the vendor know exactly how much they need to request for a partial refund. Because Shipping its not allowed to refund.
5.- Now the vendor know how to made a manual invoice to customer.

I hope to help for a better system to all users.

After that I need to made exercise with a refund request.

Yes, It’s correct. I add my comment to show you why for customer made activated box and why admin don’t have activated box.

When I said only one option, I was referring to combinatorial possibilities.

Maybe do you want that me make a test with both activated box ? for another case of users.

Well, maybe there is a confusion about what has been expressed.

What I have talked about is to give the administrator the option to make a partial return (product) and be able to show that information to the seller, in the best way.

Maybe I should edit a screenshot and make a proposal for that information? But I need time.

Update !

I activated the refund, manual and not for customers.
I have already seen that the seller can make a request and the administration approves it.
I have also seen that it is reflected in the order.
But:
1.- What happens if the seller makes a mistake in calculating the partial amount?
Ideal is to show the partial total of the products minus the discounts (if any), so it is easier to ask for the right.
2.- The administrator, in case the seller does not make the return, there is no possibility to do it from the wcfm administration, so if I go to woocommerce, the above will occur.

I have not activated the refund in the WCFM administration, therefore I do it from the woocommerce dashboard.

The reason is that the administration is the only one that can and should validate the returns and they will always be partial, since the shipping cost is not returned.

For this reason my approach shows the attached result, and as you can see, it does not show all the information necessary for the seller to understand the process.

It may be that you have not fully understood your answer.

The other one is about how show it a refunded in the order list.

In admin order list show better gross total, but in vendor view don’t show that was a refunded.

But in both still showing a wrong info of commission or earning (need to de 0)

I want to add me to the request, because it’s true.

It’s not the same if vendor made a coupon or admin.

Admin need to made coupons like black friday, but it needs not to affect the vendor.

I made test with your advice about commission setting and we have diferent result, but bad for vendor when coupons come from admin.

Normal Example: (80% commission to vendor)
Product: $ 15000
Shipping: $ 3800
Total: $ 18800

Withdrawal to request: 15800

Coupon example: (15% coupon from admin)(80% commission to vendor)
Product: $ 15000
Shipping: $ 3800
Coupon Discount: – $ 2250
Total: $ 16550

Withdrawal to request: 14000

You can see that we will need different setting to make the same result for vendor.
For simple sells we can use your setting (commission after discount), but for admin coupon whe need to change to commission before discount.

Ok, with normal buy is correct, vendor receive $ 15800. But exist a confussion about terms.
Show just commission is a mistake because is a withdrawal (commission + shipping cost) like setting was made.

It’s true, something happend with the last update.

I have one case with coupon discount (20%) of vendor and all gross total come to vendor like commission.
I have other case without coupon and the commission are not only the % that we put.

With differents setting in commissions happend the same.

Example: (80% commission to vendor, and shipping cost to vendor) Whithout coupon discount.
Product $ 15000
Shipping: $ 3800
Total: $ 18800

The system show $ 15800 like commission to vendor (Wrong) in order and leadger !!
Commission need to be $ 12000

Please, can you check with different situations ?
