    Hi,

No idea, just guessing. I set everything as you said. Please tell me why it doesn’t work.

    Thanks!

I got it. But still not solving my issue…

Why do I see the translation correctly as WP-Admin, but not as vendor?

    Hi

Thanks for your answer. As you can see from the screenshot in the last mails, it is on. But it doesn’t work.

What could it be? Is there any restriction for the logo format?

My assumption above is probably not correct.

When I look at the orders from the WCFM as an admin, I see the order items in both languages. It doesn’t work only when I look at them from WCFM as the vendor.

Thanks a lot, you’ve pinpointed my issue!

How can I tweak this to apply the commission rule on taxes as well?

I’m very sorry, but I can’t find this setting. Can you please show me where it is?

Did you enter the product “ATTR Test” from the back-end and translated it in the backend?
Or did you enter it as a vendor from the front-end and translated it there?

I think this is the issue. When “translating” a product as a vendor from the front-end, it creates a copy of the product with a new ID, not just a translation! So for the invoice, the item does not exist in the other language and will not be displayed as order item.

How can I fix this? I want the vendor to translate his product, but not create copies.

OK, I get it. So you have to change it from another UI. Thanks!

Thanks for your explanations. I understand better and the distribution of invoice and packing slips is correct. The main site invoice had to be disabled.

I still have the issue with the logo. Setting are correct (see attachment), but logo does not appear on invoice (see attachment). The store logo is set in the store configuration (see attachment). The current logo for this example is in *.jpg. I already tested if it was an issue with the file format (jpg, png, gif), but it didn’t work with any of these formats.

    What could it be?

Yes, I see this properly on wp-admin side (look at screenshot).

The point is, that the vendor does not see this correctly in WCFM and I don’t want to give him access to WP-Admin (else what is the point of WCFM?). In this case, when a French speaking vendor looks at the order of a German speaking customer, he doesn’t see the items.

I think this is a serious issue. May I ask you to reproduce this case on your side in a multilingual setting? Thanks.

    Hi,

    thanks for your fast reaction.

The Stripe account is running properly. I have 1 of my 3 test vendors successfully connected.

I have connected this account in test mode, and am still in test mode. I’m not yet going to live mode.

How could I solve my issue? Is there a way to connect the other vendors without having to disconnect them on WCMMp side?

Hmm. Not quite sure how this could happen. But how can I reconnect the accounts to stripe now?

PS: There is mention of connection to these accounts on the stripe side.

I would greatly appreciate your further help.

    Hi

It’s refunded, because I tested the refund function later.

In the attachment, you get a screenshot as the vendor sees it.

Could you reproduce the case on your systems (calculation OK with 1 position, not OK with 2 positions or more.)?

    Kind Regards,
    Gilbert

Hmm. The following is definitely with commission for vendor and looks faulty (see attachments).

    Hi,

thanks for your quick reaction. my answers below:

What is commission setting ? for vendor

Shipping goes to who? to vendor

Tax goes to who? to vendor

Setup commission for Vendor and check, send me that details as well. I already send the detail for vendor with the first post. I tried for admin later. Both same result.

    Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. My answers to your questions below:

Do you have setup Stripe test account setting as Admin at WCFM Admin Setting -> Withdrawal Setting ?
–> Yes, I did (see screenshot). The client-id of the platform as well as public and secret keys are set as well.

The test vendor fills up the form and press register -> it doesn’t register.

*** For Stripe test connect not require to filed-up that form. There has a option to connect for test purpose, click that.
–> how does this option look like? I can skip the form, but then it doesn’t seem to connect (don’t see anything on my Stripe account as well).

    Hi

Thanks for looking into this. I’m using the Zass Theme.

Unfortunately, I hadn’t Chrome installed on the PC.

But I can confirm that it works fine with Safari on Mac, if this is of any help for you.
