As long as 1 vendor had text in their policies, the tab did not go away for any product, whether it belonged to that vendor or not.
Once all vendors had removed their policies, the tab stays there, with no label on it. Just an empty tab with no label.
Please let me know how to remove the tab entirely.
Thanks.
Mitchell GouldParticipantThis seems to work when not in an incognito window.
September 20, 2019 at 7:52 pm in reply to: Woocommerce advanced product labels with Flatsome Theme #82669Mitchell GouldParticipantI’m confused. Flatsome already creates the custom tab in wp-admin on the product page. I have to recreate all those fields manually in WCFM?
September 13, 2019 at 8:05 pm in reply to: How to add custom post types to your Store Manager Dashboard #81484Mitchell GouldParticipantHi,
Thank you for this. For whatever reason, the original file did not have that config file in it and was named differently.
In any case, this works for the CPT you added to the config, but it seems to only read the first one. I replaced your 2nd and 3rd cpts with mine and they do not appear.
Thanks for your help.
Mitchell GouldParticipantBy the way, does WCFM-ultimate assign a vendor ID to a resource created by a vendor?
Mitchell GouldParticipantThey have no effect on how woocommerce deals with booking resources. They are used elsewhere. I’ve changed my approach and am now using a custom post type, taxonomies and meta-boxes to capture the data and then associating it with a resource id and vendor id.

Slug: brnm-vesselsThanks.
Mitchell GouldParticipant@Keymaster: But are you able to make those functional?
Yes – they are functional in wp-admin, but I can see in wcfm that the views for bookable_resources are custom to wcfm.I’m pursuing an alternate approach. My fields are now in a custom post type. I’m trying to use the wcfm-custom-menu plugin, but its not working properly. All end-points from the demo end in a 404 error rather than loading the views in the dashboard. I have another thread about it.
August 30, 2019 at 1:48 pm in reply to: How to add custom post types to your Store Manager Dashboard #79235Mitchell GouldParticipantI’m confused about what this demo is supposed to show. None of the menus created by the demo load their endpoints. I can see there are views as part of the demo, but none of them load.
Is it intended that this demo shows how to include those views in the WCFM dashboard or is it supposed to take you to another page outside the dashboard?
How is this different than using the “Menu Manager” feature?
Thanks.
August 28, 2019 at 6:11 pm in reply to: Can't get bookings to work – your demo doesn't seem to work either… #78813Mitchell GouldParticipantWell, if you’re talking about WC booking settings, you only have to do that if you uncheck the “available by default” option. If it is not available by default, you have to add the days it is available.
Mitchell GouldParticipantActually, in my case, I found out that the error comes from the URL for my dev server not being on a URL I own. This works fine on my domain.

Did you figure out how to allow vendors to manage custom post types?
August 28, 2019 at 3:33 pm in reply to: Adding Disk Space Usage Stats to Header / Menu + integration with CPT #78769Mitchell GouldParticipantPLEASE tell me how to manage all custom post types from WCFM dashboard???
I have similar issue. I have custom post types I want my vendors to be able to create/edit. How do I get them into the vendor dashboard?
August 28, 2019 at 3:26 pm in reply to: Can't get bookings to work – your demo doesn't seem to work either… #78766Mitchell GouldParticipant@pdishman, I am using an older version of Woocommerce Bookings (Version 1.12.2 | By Automattic ). In version 1.13, they deprecated the the feature that shows partially booked days visually as red triangles on the calendar. The CSS they gave me to put it back didn’t work with my previous theme.
Now that I’m switching over to Flatsome, I will update and retest at some point, but I need to finish evaluating WCFM vs. Dokan before I renew my WC Bookings license.
August 27, 2019 at 9:54 pm in reply to: Can't get bookings to work – your demo doesn't seem to work either… #78608Mitchell GouldParticipantI just started evaluating WCFM Marketplace for my wc bookings marketplace. Reading your post, just now, I tested my dev install and was unable to reproduce your issue. When I installed WCFM last week, I started with a snapshot of my production server, with data. The product availability accurately reflects what has been entered in the system.
You can see it working here: https://brnmdev001.wpengine.com
I just ask that you not over use this as I’m actively working on my WCFM implementation.

It does not automatically even though it is built to show up for the post type, bookable_resource.
I’ve spent the last hour reading through posts that make it seem possible, if only there were hook documentation. I found this post: https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/custom-field-for-vendor-settings/ that shows someone using a hook on wcfm_marketplace_settings_fields_general, but I need the appropriate hooks for my plugin to also add those fields to the bookable_resources panel and to be able to save/update from this panel. Ideally, I’d like to add it as a set of capabilities in my WCFM admin.
Please advise.
Mitchell GouldParticipantStill having issue. Which plugin am I supposed to use?
Mitchell GouldParticipantI’m having the same problem. Did you ever solve it?

It definitely seems to be a Theme conflict. I’ve tried both the child and parent theme, but no luck. If I switch to Flatsome or Storefront, menus work fine.
