how can I rename plan to profession?
What that mean? To change the text please use “Loco Translate” plugin.
Wordpress dashboard->Loco translate ->Plugins-> WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace-> select your site language-> search string and change->save

How can I remove the £0.00 and the circle and the no payment required from the options. Plus remove the payment options for now, and how can I update the look and content in the confirmation tab.

Sorry, But it’s really confusing between your issue and requirement.
You have to override the “wcfm-view-products-manage.php” and “wcfm-view-products-manage-tabs.php” from “\wp-content\plugins\wc-frontend-manager\views\products-manager” to your theme folder – “yourtheme folder/wcfm/products-manager/”

and in “wcfm-view-products-manage.php” this file you have to add –$description = '<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>This Product is owned by [Type your Shop Name]';
display Shipping field and inventory field – did you check WCFM dashboard -> capability?And Groups Capability?

To remove policy tab add this css in your theme’s style.css –

Actually, in vendor store page “Products” tab are shows WooCommerce shop page template(all products page). So, whatever (like style) you change in shop page template it will reflect in your vendor’s store page.

Then install & activate our WCFM-Marketplace(https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-multivendor-marketplace/) and WCFM plugins(https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-frontend-manager/).
After that Please be sure that page set at wp-admin -> WCFM Options – https://ibb.co/kJb5SDq.
And create a page with “[wcfm_vendor_registration]” Vendor registration shortcode

Firstly check “Rich editor” capability is turn-on or off.It should be turn-on.(WCFM store dashboard -> Capability) PFA

If you still have same issue, most probably this is happening due to some plugin conflict. Kindly disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and WCFM plugins. And check once.
If it will work then after that you can enable rest of the plugins one by one to find out the cause.
Let us know how it goes.

Regarding default product image change, create “img” folder in your activated child theme, then put the image in this folder and add the below code in your child theme’s functions.php –
