split pay with multiple vendors has worked for us, we have tested this with up to 5 different vendors and payments split correctly although the checkout page was very slow, we did have issues with the site timing out a move to a new host resolved this.

that’s the problem with the charges API, that’s why we are currently not using SCA

we are not using SCA, just split pay with direct charges

We’re not asking for the button to be disabled

What is happening is

Some vendors who signup never press the proceed button

As they are automatically logged into the site as a subscriber before the button appears
Because they are logged in they must think (wrongly) that they do not have to proceed with the vendor registration so simply log out of the site

To see what I mean

It’s easy to test by going through the signup process then on the page we’re the table shows you your membership capabilities do not press proceed

All that’s happened is they have become subscribers to the site, we then have to get in touch and ask which plan they wanted and manually move them

i found the incorrect value in the wp_wcfm_marketplace_orders_meta table, i change 79.99 to 0 and it appears to have worked

where do we find these settings in capability for Staff? I do not see any settings section for them. they are not shown under the staff capability section

if this has to be done separately for each staff member, then this is not going to work, as vendors will most likely not do this

staff will have no need to access this, in the same way, that drivers and affiliates won’t, can this be set to no access by default?

I added this to flatsome themes CSS but it centred the right-hand column into the remaining space as per the screenshot

sorry for not getting back for a while

the issue appeared to be resolved but with a recent update it’s re-appeared

If a vendor uploads a store logo and a header at the same time then saves it works, there is no issue

if the vendor uploads a logo then saves, then uploads a header and saves, the logo is removed!
if they then select the logo again, the header is removed??

looking at the admin media library the images for this vendors store show as unattached, previously these had the attachment of store manager

could that be the problem?

I have attached two images
one image shows the media library for a vendor without this issue
the other shows the media library for a vendor with this issue

I had an issue with wordfense

I disabled that plugin and it worked correctly, deleted and reinstalled

the system is working as expected 🙂

we’ve gone down the standard route, this fits our business model, we have opted for direct charges so that the vendor is responsible for refunds, the stripe fee and chargebacks as we pass 100% of the sale to them

this document https://stripe.com/docs/connect/accounts is a good read

and it will give you more information regarding the options you have
