Well, Admin as owner of the site enjoys unrestricted capability so he/she can publish products of vendors even if they used their full quota of products.
In second case, your vendor can publish that one additional product only when they delete the additional drafted products.

There are few problem with this code. wcfm_capability_settings_fields_product_types filter passes 3 arguments $product_types, $handler = 'wcfm_capability_options', $wcfm_capability_options = array(). For shop managers the $handler value will be ‘wcfm_shop_manager_capability_options’. So if your function accepts 3 arguments, instead of 2, you will get the capability options array from there and there is no need to call get_option() for that. wcfm_product_types filter on the other hand passes only one argument $product_types array. If you want to check this for shop managers you should check the current user type at top of your function. Also the last if-elseif block is wrong. It must be all if checks.

Hi,
Your code for adding a custom type is not fully complete and it doesn’t have support for downloadable and virtual types. You can check that from backend, where if you choose your ‘Custom Type’ both the download and virtual option got disappeared.
But, as you are using WCFM frontend, you were able to send downloadable related data. Right now downloadable data is getting saved. But you need to add two more functions to retrieve that data. Please note, here I use product type name as ‘custom_type’ which is preferred over ‘Custom Type’ (array key name).

Hello,
I tried and it worked perfectly. First I logged in as vendor and exported 14 of the existing products to create my import file. Then, I delete those 14 products and imported again. The result is as expected; all the products gets imported with pending status assigned to them.
You can check that by logging in to your vendor account.

If the emails get logged means the emails are firing. Now there may be 2 reasons for the failure of email delivery-
1. Emails are going in spam folder
2. Your email server is not sending the emails.
To get some more insights on this, are you getting emails firing from WooCommerce (Order related emails)? Please check if using any SMTP plugin solves this issue. Please check this with only WooCommerce and WCFM plugins with all other plugins disabled. Also check it with a fresh theme OceanWP, Storefront etc.

The code snippet shared above find and replaces any occurrence of Boys with Team. In your screenshots it is mentioned as Boy not Boys, so those didn’t change. Please try the modified version of the snippet as below-

Hello Craig,
We are planning to add more muscle to our country based shipping module. As of now one can add different states and assign a shipping price for it.
In our future release, we will introduce postcode (multiple) under states. So say under “British Columbia” you can create multiple postcode based rules and set up different shipping price for each postcode region. I think this will resolve what you want to achieve via “Zone based” shipping.

Please go to Membership Settings page from Admin dashboard >> Memberships and Clicking on the Gear icon. There under General tab you need to set the Subscription First Step value to Registration. Now use your membership plan page for vendor registration and you are good to go!
