    Is there anyway to make these pages only accessible to vendors when they are logged in? I am not willing to allow the public to check voucher codes randomly in the website. (bots try this).

    Also the developer of the plugin tried to create a menu link with url: https://www.example.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=woovouchers but your front end manager is not allowing access to backend. He asked me to ask you if there is anyway to make an exception for this url for all vendors which will allow them to create their own templates to offer.

    Huge upvote for this. In-fact I was planning to open this topic soon. There is not much sense in giving badges just because you pay for a level of membership. Eg: Just because vendor pays does not mean he is trusted 😉 So, a better way is to offer conditional badges based on rules. Eg: If vendor gross sales is greater than $10,000, then activate $10,000 crossed sales badge.

    What we can do is make conditional badges accessible to only paid members or restrict them to certain membership levels.

    Great feature needed.

    ?? Did you manage to fix the custom code? My vendors are waiting to join but without this code I cannot allow them to join. Guys it is Christmas sales time and 5 vendors wanting to join is a huge lot of potential lost sales.

    3 DAYS and no reply! Your support levels have started falling guys. How can a business wait 3 days about documentation link!!

    Lack of documentation and support both cannot exist for a product at the same time! Honestly just say you cannot reply or are busy or just say something. Extremely rude when you ignore questions for your own convenience.

    Sorry but I am losing patience over this attitude. The same goes for my other issues. When it is simple you reply instantly. Anything a bit more complicated and you ignore them completely. You expect any European clients to stand this!

    All I have been doing is pointing out bugs and product improvements which are making your product good for free. I am testing your codes, finding out bugs and giving you possible solutions for free!!

    If I do this to other willing teams they would seize the opportunity than ignore me like you guys have been doing so far.
    This is extremely making me annoyed and please stop ignoring emails or posts. I do not mind if you cannot help. Just be honest about it and provide some updates as we are working together here and I am not begging for help. Everything is for ALL YOUR CLIENTS and not only my self interest. And not to mention, I am always buying all your pro products and this is what I get??

    I believe in open source and helping make a product good for all. Just don’t take advantage of this niceness since I am now waiting for months over small issues and with no reply !!

    2 BIG issues and my vendors are waiting. You SERIOUSLY WANT ME to believe you did not have time since September 11 2019 to help me with 2 lines of code here: (https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/commission-by-vendor-sales/) and not reply to my 5 emails regarding your affiliate plugin purchase!

    You really think I can run a business with this level of support? I am really losing money because of your speed! Please think about what you guys are doing by treating your customers like this. Your product maybe outstanding but your support will cause competitors to pop up and do what you did to wcmp since without support a product cannot survive!

    Sorry if I sound angry but I had enough of waiting for weeks and I had to answer my vendors in the morning as to why I cannot allow them to join. I cannot setup paypal, cannot setup membership and my money making system is not working because I cannot even innovate a solution since no one bothers to reply to my mails from your end! All the while you are replying to other people but not to me!!

    VERY DISAPPOINTED! Learn how to treat your clients with a bit more value!

    Did you check your outgoing mail log ? (Server level / email service provider/wp-logs?)

    You need to check if the emails were generated correctly as many times mails are sent by WP but delivery fails due to email provider etc.

    I think you mis-understood the bug. Delete is easy. But the consequences are buggy.

    I never had any issue deleting. I have issues with what is happening after. Please read carefully.

    Update: How I managed to migrate old products to new vendor.

    The trick is to not delete old vendor.

    1. Create new vendor account.
    2. Go to admin, marketplace –>products
    3. Select products to migrate and use bulk editor to change store.
    4. Disable old vendor account. Maybe delete? (not tested delete yet).

    Then the bug can be avoided. Hope this helps other users. If you delete old vendor, then above bug might and will buy you as per my experience.

    I am founder and am writing to you urgently since I have only 2 urgent issue (This ticket and 1 email) which are not being replied to and this is causing massive business delays and losses.

    Can you kindly take 5 mins to check this ticket and help resolve. I had to ask 5 willing vendors to wait for joining since this ticket and my email remain un-answered. We have Christmas sales coming up (Main money maker of the year).My site is sitting dry waiting for your help.

    Thanks a lot Molay. I am a bit concerned about my other tickets which are waiting for weeks without replies.

    Can you kindly have a look at them since Christmas is coming and I cannot invite vendors unless I fix the issues 🙁 Somewhow replies here have slowed down and November December is when most sales happen.
