Hi,

Using WPML and going to 2dn language and saving Menu Manager there will do 2 things :-

1- It will cause error 500, you have to go to wp-admin – > Settings -> permalinks to fix it.

2- will ruin all 1st language text (it doesn’t save doesn’t save menu text for 2nd only, but for both) – This is not a big deal for me, I set up menu in 1st language then i translate with wpml

Ahh, I thought I can see vendors stores here, but as admin can see all product, it only show the current user’s store.

I can confirm this, I just deleted all woocommerce orders.

– woocommerce reports reset
– wcfm vendors page earnings reset
– wcfm reports did not reset

1- I think exclude COD orders from withdrawal list will resolve the issue for you.

But then how can vendor pay commission ?

The ideal idea is when there is new COD order for 100$ and the commission is 10%, then the vendor balance should be -10$
Currently if COD order completed, then vendor will get 100$ cash and his balance will be 90$ and he can withdraw that, Vendor will get 190$ from a 100$ Product….. this is a big flaw in all multi-vendor plugins (I’m using Dokan)

2- Auto paid mark for COD orders.

Yes I am using Dokan, check vendor page https://www.4.wegospace.com/store/mtjr-alahlam/

The map shows the location, but doesn’t show (Show Route / Show Directions) it will be helpful for people using phones to go to store for pickup for example.

I’m sure it is just me I didn’t know how to set up google api maybe ?

1- so if customer ordered something or booked something, his details will be here automatically ?

2- What happens if vendor add the user in the customer tab ? what can he do with it ? can he buy or order on behave of the customer ? can the customer use that user to log in ?

But, what about non-membership vendors?

You added registration with no membership if admin want vendors to sell for free in the last update right ? if so then the only option to protect customers from +months old forgotten products that their vendors decided to not sell anymore, is to take the products down automatically/expiration after n weeks / n months after product release, and if the vendor comes back then he can publish them again, I think it is a very important feature, maybe online store has this feature Amazon.com eBay.com Souq.com

They have released the update and the badges shows now in most locations (check the attached video)

I’m still checking with them if they can make it show in the last location, I don’t know if the issue from their side or from wcfm.

Hi,

so.. the business model I have is.

1- When people Pay Online – Online payment goes to website bank account (everything works as intended including withdraw/refund systems).

2- When People Pay COD – All Multi Vendor assumes admin will collect COD payments, but it doesn’t make scene placing store locations + pickup + COD and then admin collect money ?? it should be the store owner/vendor.

3- When Case #2 happens, my only choice is to add approved withdraw request manually to that specific vendor.

4- Or, I disable COD, which will cost me to lose some customers.

Question : what do you think I should do in Case #2 ??
