They said they will fix it next update, I’m waiting for too long now, clearly not all developers not as awesome as you wclovers.

Yes, vendor was disabled. and I enabled it after the expiration date.

i did it on purpose to confirm the bug.

side note : can you make a new menu to show active membership and when they expire ? or add new column to vendors list, it hard to keep track of memberships

One of the follow, or both is really needed .

1- subscribing / Membership that expires, products goes to draft, vendor have to a- get free membership again (products go live/ or vendor manually publishing them) b- buy paid membership again (products go live/ or vendor manually publishing them).

2- Products expire after 1 week/ 1 month

Apologies for any inconvenience , but this is really important again fraud + vendors who decide to not log in again.

I couldn’t manage to do that, tried many settings.

vendors keep getting expiration warning but nothing happens they still have membership, also, even tho I put 1 day membership, people get 5 days reminder, which it shouldn’t happen, but it is another small issue.

Note : I’m testing on WC Checkout on normal product using different payment methods such as Bank Transfer, I don’t want membership to be only paypal.

This is not an option, the plugin breaks everything even vendors cannot complete their products from front-end anymore I think.

2- And that breaks the whole system.

I deactivated the plugin for now, will it be okay or you mean wcfm system will be broken and i have to reinstall ?

3- I think they are not aware of this, if we add ticket at their forum they will definitely resolve this.

do I contact them as customer or WClovers will contact them as devs ?

Actually the plugin broke WCFM.. when clicking complete on orders they become “Pending for payment” instead (check attachement), and admin never gets approval msg, vendor never become a member, even choosing other normal membership that isn’t using the plugin, they’re broken !

After deactivating the plugin the vendor was able to subscribe the normal way.

Do you advice me to not use it nor wait for a fix ?

Update # 2: I’ve noticed the WCfM – Membership by WC Products guide in youtube has extra options, is it old version or am I missing something ?

Update # 1: Approval option unchecked works only with (WC Checkout), but doesn’t work with (Integrate Payment Options) it will requires admin approval anyways. * I personally prefer WC Checkout so I don’t have problem with this issue.

Hi,

1- reject rule is fixed, now I have option to keep user or delete it after rejection.

2- unchecking approval still doesn’t do anything for me, admin still need to approve request both cases, and customer will stay customer in both cases (it is the way i want it btw, but it bothers me that it doesn’t work as intended or I don’t understand how it works)

This is not working properly.

a- Approval option doesn’t do anything, admin have to approve in both cases. (I don’t care, I want admin to approve anyways, but option isn’t working properly).
b- This is a SERIOUS issue !! rejecting user from being a vendor (admin approval option checked or unchecked) will result on deleting the user !!!

Product Limit Restriction if set to 0 it says “As per capability” am I in a wrong page ?

restrict vendor selling by Vendor Verification is really good way I want to do it.

just small question regarding vendor approval, see the screenshot attached, what does that option do exactly ? because even if I unchecked it, membership still needs to be approved.
