Can you not see that ‘Product Stats, Sales by Product and Notifications areas has the same background colour so those panels don’t display any content? That’s the issue here 🙂

I agree but it is not coming from custom colours. It’s from the main stylesheet. Please see the attached stylesheet. It’s the same with every instance I tried, both local and remote.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I’ve already tried that too.

It’s a development instance without any caching plugins. I’ve cleared the browser cache too. I have another local instance and it has the same issue.

Unfortunately dashboard background colour change didn’t work, even after I reset to default colours. Any suggestions? I also noticed that with the latest update, ‘Followers’ section appears on vendors’ dashboards even though it is disabled under Capabilities.

    Hello again,

Thanks for the reply. I figured out that when “SUMO Reward Points” plugin is active, it disable the ability to enter hex numbers into those input boxes. When Sumo Reward Points is active, it gives the outcome shown in the attached screenshot.

Please feel free to close the thread. Thanks and regards,

    Hello,

Please see the attached screenshot (Store Manager – Colour Settings).

By the way a couple of my home page widgets have ended up with this background colour (please see the screenshot “Store Manager – Home Widgets”) and no matter how many times I’ve tried the reset to default colours, it won’t go away. Any thoughts about that?

    Thanks and regards,

    Hello again,

Yes it sends 4 messages about the same order. In my case I only want them to receive one message saying that they’ve received a ‘booking’, not an order. I guess once you integrate it, I can control these through Notification manager (currently it doesn’t display the SMS notification settings).

Yes I am testing this for the UAE but I believe this will benefit many other countries in the region as Twilio doesn’t support sending messages to local numbers for some countries in the region.

    Thanks and regards,

First, the good news. Yes it does send notifications. Bad news is that it sends 4 messages to vendor and 1 to admin/store owner. I am pretty sure you can find a way to fix it. For the vendor’s message, just a generic message is suffice. Something like ‘You have received a new booking. Please check your account and confirm the booking.’ Admini notification isn’t a must but vendor/customer registration OTP is somewhat essential.

Many thanks all the help so far!

It does send messages that we configure to send through that plugin but I can’t see it sending messages any WCFM or WCMM related messages.

If it’s not compatible, could you please confirm if I can use any MSG91 compatible plugins, as I’ve found out that MSG91 supports sending text messages to local numbers in the UAE?

    It worked! Many thanks!

Just a suggestion. Maybe you can host a snippets site similar to other plugins on github or somewhere with all these useful code snippets so we can search there before troubling you guys in here.

    Hello there,

Thanks for the reply. What I am trying to do is to get a list of all booking IDs for a given vendor (currently logged in vendor). With WC Product Vendors what I did was: I took all product ids of the vendor first, and then checked all orders ids raised against those items and finally got the booking ids using those order ids.

I can do the same for WCMM using the function you’ve given but in order to do that, how can I get the vendor id of the currently logged in user? Or is there a quicker way to get all bookings of the logged in vendor?

    Thanks and regards,

I just bought a copy of WCFM-Ultimate and managed to get the reviews disabled through that. It would be great if you could look into my other query whenever time permits.

    Hello again,

    Thanks for the reply.

I am afraid switching off reviews through Admins Settings -> Modules didn’t remove the Reviews tab from vendors’ store views. Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

    Hello again,

Initially it will have only bookable products but eventually we will have saleable products too. Yes I am aware that it can be controlled through the ‘order status’ but our orders contain multiple bookings with different delivery dates so we change booking statuses of the items while keeping the order status as Processing until all booking reach the complete status. So if we use order status instead of booking status to control refund requests, customers can send refund requests to items they have already rented and returned too.

I believe I can modify the ‘wcfmmp-view-refund-requests-popup’ view to control what appears on the refund requests pop up. I wonder if there’s a better way to do it. Only if it’s not a big hassle.

By the way is there a non-CSS method to remove the ‘Reviews’ tab from customer’s store view? The one that appears on xyz.com/store/abcd.

    Thanks and regards,

Of course! Please see the below screenshots:

    https://goo.gl/UvVtfs
    https://goo.gl/yHhQbn
    https://goo.gl/B7tG8B

As you can see from the first screenshot this order is currently at ‘Completed’ state. Some of these orders, including this order, are for bookable products (WC Bookings). Therefore we don’t want customers to send refund requests for those bookable items, once they reach a certain ‘booking state’. For example ‘Complete’ or a custom booking status as ‘Returned to Warehouse’.

Is there are hook that we can apply so products with certain ‘booking statuses’ wouldn’t appear on refund request? Ideally to disable the refund button if there are no refundable bookings at all.

    Thanks and regards,

Sorry I should’ve rephrased it better 🙂 I managed to get it working using the functions.php. Many thanks for that! However, I have some other customisations so could you please tell me the name of the template/view php file?

Thanks, but those settings don’t allow us to change the labels on the actual vendor registration form. Do they? I want to change the labels/text on that form vendors have to fill.

Many thanks for the super-fast reply. The code snippet worked like a charm.

Regarding the SMS alerts, I want the order notifications to be sent to ‘vendors’ not to customers. Are you aware of any plugins that provide this feature?
