Well bummer, that basically makes it unusable for me… 🙁
April 25, 2019 at 4:46 pm in reply to: Commission Settings for Affiliates, Affiliate Sign ups #59443pdishmanParticipantWell if I’m understanding the “New Vendor commission option correctly any time a new vendor signs up through an affiliate link, that affiliate would get a percentage of the sale. Now I realize there may be several membership options that the new vendor can choose from, which is the case with my plans, I have 1 free and 4 paid.
Also, the vendors pay monthly, so I would want the affiliate to get commissions monthly on the vendor membership fee.
April 24, 2019 at 7:31 pm in reply to: Commission Settings for Affiliates, Affiliate Sign ups #59244pdishmanParticipantAlso, I just noticed that under the New Vendor option under Affiliate Commissions that there is only a fixed option, I need a percent option. Can you please fix that as soon as possible?

pdishmanParticipantAh, did not realize that the state drop down was part of the form breaking. Have reached out to the theme developer. Are there any plugins that you could recommend that could be the problem..? I have tried deactivating my form plugins, but they were not it. I have many plugins all of which I need of course!
Thank you!
pdishmanParticipantThe drop down field for the state field still has not been fixed – it drops down with nothing in it, so you can not select a state. Can you tell me when this will be fixed?

Also should I select platform payments or card payments on Stripe set up side, if I’m using direct charges…?
One of the things I’m confused about is when the vendor connects to stripe from my dashboard are they then the ones accepting payment or is my platform (WCFM) accepting payment? Not understanding this makes it hard for me to know how to set this up on Stripe Side.

pdishmanParticipantThanks Steve, the info you provided is very helpful! 🙂
pdishmanParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.pdishmanParticipantWell, as I have already said on the State drop down field, it appears that there is nothing in the drop down. There is nothing to select.
Also, please make sure that city, state and zip are marked as required
Thank you so much! 🙂
pdishmanParticipantOk, so I did add an image (since you can’t add a feature image) and some text blocks to the page (vendor-membership). Apparently you are saying any added text or styling to page is going to break the form? That is to bad…
Also the registration form is something you should fix globally for everyone. I know that the order is preference on my part – but standard order is address, city, state, zip
Also the state/country field you have as drop down and it is empty and cannot be filled – that needs to be fixed
And if the address is check marked as required, then city, state and zip should also be set as required.Thank you so much for fixing this! 🙂 🙂
pdishmanParticipantYes… I did enable address field. You did not respond to this support topic.
1) the layout is a mess – it needs to be fixed
2) state/county is a drop down with nothing in it and you can’t even type in the box (and where is that field coming from – I don’t want it to say state/county, I want to edit it.
3) I want to edit order of fields (how do i do that)
4)And I want city and state to be required – how do i do that? This needs to be fixed
Thank you for your helppdishmanParticipantOk, got it! Looking forward to working chat function!
pdishmanParticipantPerfect, thank you, I just couldn’t find where the shipping class was coming from. I was looking in WCFM, not woocommerce
Thanks again!
pdishmanParticipantI noticed that the store link that is not on the nav bar was not updated in the last update. Can you tell me when this will be fixed?
Thank you!pdishmanParticipantPlease look at Tawk.to I think it will integrate. I have noted that when you go to the wcfm chat box settings, there is a place to add Site ID and Secret Key (which i imagine is API Key). When each vendor signs up for their personal FREE Tawk.to account, they get a site ID number and API key.
Take a look, hopefully this is the answer!
Thanks!
pdishmanParticipantCheck out Tawk.to – maybe you can add that module to your chat box instead of Talkjs!
Thanks!
pdishmanParticipantOk, well I see the additional info menu: which is the last option on the menu list. So it is not the 1st thing that a vendor will fill out, they will start with the personal tab, which is where i am having the problem. Interestingly enough, when I filled in the information in the additional info tab, it took away the store description error i was getting in the personal tab, but doesn’t fix the email error I’m getting. And I don’t know how you got past the additional info tab because I get an error that it wants a verification code… (which it doesn’t send and there isn’t a spot to put it if I had one)
Also, going thru these tabs I stumbled across more typos. Under the verification tab the same address typo and suite typo is there – you need to add a d to address and an e to suite and under the membership tab you need to remove the s from infos, 😀
Thank you so much for your help!
pdishmanParticipantAs I show in the image I attached, those fields are filled in and then when I try to save, it throws those errors back saying that the fields are required. Well they are filled so I shouldn’t get the error. It won’t let me past it.
Thank you for your help.
pdishmanParticipantThanks! 🙂
