For all who are having a problem with no data in Store manager, please do the following-
1. Deactivate and then activate the plugin.
2. Take a look at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> for any error logs
3. Also, check Google Chrome Browser console for any JavaScript errors (What is browser console – https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)
Let me know what you have found.
Thank you!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Which portion are you referring to as broken? Please send me a snapshot annotation of the issues.
Sorry, I couldn’t reply to my UI senses to judge the problem.
Thank You 🙂SushobhanKeymasterHi,
From my end, it’s working fine. I’m using WCFM v6.5.0 and WCFM Marketplace v3.4.0.
Please check in Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not! (What is browser console – https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)
Thank you!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Starting from v3.3.8 this feature is disabled by default due to performance issues. Previously our notification manager used to make an ajax call every 60 sec to check for any new events (like order, registration, etc). But this was causing higher bandwidth usage and overloading server CPU.
Please refer to this post for additional details https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/urgent-site-crashing-need-help-with-ajax-calls-frontendmanager/ It also includes the way to enable new notification checking (automatic).
Let me know if that helps!
Thank You!May 14, 2020 at 1:48 pm in reply to: AFTER THE LAST UPDATE OF THE PLUGIN I CANT VIEW ANY DATA #130877SushobhanKeymasterI think @perets.studio’s issue is different than yours. That’s why I asked for the error log.
Thank You!May 14, 2020 at 1:44 pm in reply to: Processing time displaying as "Delivery time" on Store page #130876SushobhanKeymasterHi,
This shortcode can only be used in single product page. It will not work on the vendor store page.
Thank You.SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.
Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.
Let me know how it goes.
Thank You!

Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Which theme are you using? Is it one from our compatible theme list https://wclovers.com/wcfm-compatible-themes/?How change store name with city?
Will there be any checking which restricts city name be different for each vendor? Because a slug name (store name) has to be unique.
Let me know.
Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
This plugin is not compatible with WCFM. It requires custom development, will be a paid one.

Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Do you have a staging site, where I can test this? Also, could you please check if there is an error log generated at WooCommerce >> Status >> Logs. Check your browser console as well for any JS errors!
Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
You can use WooCommerce My Account page for login purposes.
Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
You can provide access to a particular page for a particular user or user group. But when you want to restrict a higher capability user (Vendor) to access content that is accessible even by lower capability users (guests, subscribers, customers) then it doesn’t make sense.
That’s because when your vendors will signout they will be able to access both the pages as guests (non-logged in user). Got my point?

You’ll need to set ‘Trial Billing Amount’ to ZERO. See here- https://imgur.com/xzUp7I2
Let me know if that serves your purpose.
Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! You might try running your website through the Facebook Debugger:https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?ref=u2u
This tool will help you to identify any errors that Facebook is reading from your website, and help provide information on what needs to be fixed to unblock your link.
Thank you!

Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Please share the link where I can get this behavior, I have checked your website but could not find the login popup? Is the popup coming from your theme? Does reloading the page after login (via popup) solves the issue?
Also, follow this link https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/ to determine if there is any console error generated after your vendors logged in (via popup). You can further check wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log for any serverside errors.
Let me know what you find out.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/conflict-check/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know if you find the cause.
Looking forward to helping you.

May 14, 2020 at 7:57 am in reply to: Division by zero raised from wcfmmp-view-store-lists-loop.php #130770SushobhanKeymasterHi,
By any chance, are you using the wcfm_stores shortcode like this [wcfm_stores per_page=”0″]? If yes, kindly choose a per_page value greater than 0. But if not, it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please let us know if you find the cause.

Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Please override this templatewc-frontend-manager\views\wcfm-view-header-panels.php
inside your[child-theme-folder]/wcfm/
folder. If there is no wcfm folder inside your child theme just create a new one and copy the file from the plugin path to there.
After that, you can make your changes to this copied file without affecting the plugin core files.
Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
There might be some JS validation which is not letting you input value below 0. This restriction is not from WCFM. So it might be a conflict with your other plugins or theme or your own custom code snippets. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterThis feature is not supported in wePOS. So only stock update will not be possible. The purpose of any POS is easy offline sale, so I don’t think it will be easy to find such settings in any POS plugin.
