One other thing so that it is clear.

When someone chooses :Pick-up as shipping method. The cart looks at the woocommerce address as the way to determine the tax to apply (The country). The company sits in another country from the vendors.

    Hello,

I am saying that us the users are being confused by it. You are using the phrase incorrectly. I have seem multiple post here trying to explain this to your team, but also others who were confused by the menu. You really need to change this wording.

    Dear Sushobhan,

You need to use the correct definition of what the vendor get. The vendor gets a settlement. Otherwise you will confuse people.
Take for instance Amazon, they take a commission of sales and settles the balance with you called the settlement amount.

The word commission isn’t used in this manner in the English language.

The sale is the money for their goods, of which we take a part/commission.

I have seen support repeatedly use the word in this way, and it will just continue to confuse people. The same way you could say that water is wet, but that is a given, so you don’t say it like that in English. So goes the usage of the word commission. A waitress takes a commission for each sale, a realtor takes a commission of each sale, a stock broker takes a commission of each trade, etc, etc.

    Kind regards,

    Dear Avinaba,

This is good to hear. Here is an example of a page that talks about a feature https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-toolset-types/
But I cannot see which menu I have to head to, nor does your document say where to find it. You also cut off the screenshot in away that we cannot see it’s context.

Also I am not sure if this is a separate plugin or a part of ultimate or just apart of the standard install.
My suggestion would be to have a “mode” where you highlight the ultimate features, because as a new user, I can’t tell what is new from what was there from the standard install.

    Dear Support,

I was confused in the exact same way. In the real world a vendor never gets a commission, he gets a settlement. In English terms, the vendor cannot get a commission, because he is using the services of the platform. I also read your manual and was confused. The explanation you added above should be added to the documentation / manual.

    ##UPDATE

When the Vendor logs out then logs back in, the methods page now reflects the changes made.
But still no option on the cart (customer cart). Cart still says that there is no shipping method.
