It seems that vendor can assigned to 1 membership but many groups, why??
Yes one vendor can be assigned to many groups and for that vendor will get all the capablities of both the groups. And if any of the capability matches with both the groups then vendor will not get the capability if its set to off in any of the group. Suppose if a Vendor is assigned to G1 and G2 groups both and “Add Product” capability is set to “ON” in G1 group and “OFF” in G2 group then vendor will not get the capability to add products as it set to “OFF” in G2 group.

I need vendors to choose from a list of delivery boys created by the administrator, this way the same delivery boy can work for more than 1 store.
No, administrator will create delivery boys and assign them to specific vendor or vendor can create their own delivery boy by themselves. We can’t give access to vendors to choose from all delivery boy’s list because delivery boy can be from different location and vendor’s can’t assign a delivery boy from a different location to deliver product to far another location.

It would be great if you can add a terms and coditions module in delivery dashboard so delivery boys can add their terms and vendors have to accept this terms in order to assign this delivery boys for them.
Currently we don’t have this feature, we’ll add this feature in our future update.

And for last there is the need that delivery boys can set themselves as unavailable, and configure their weekday off. This way it will be very clear for vendors if they can assign the order to that delivery person or not.

Thanks for being with us.
I’ve checked your site and also logged into it but I didn’t face the issue you mentioned. One thing I found that there is a design issue after I moved to “Multi Step Form” option in wp-admin dashboard, that issue can be fixed but there is nothing to do with the Marketplace link because its working fine here.
I’ve also shared a video of what I got into after logging into your site.

I’ve also found some of the plugins are out-dated, so you can update them but before that you must take backup of the all files and the database too because after updating it may break your site so the backups will be there to restore all like the previous.

I’ve checked your site, most of the plugins are out-dated, they need to be updated.
Please update them and then check once again whether the issue exists or not.

Before running the update process please get a backup of your database and files as well. Please take the backup for sure because it may break your site or undo if any changes are done in plugin or theme files. So if you have the backup of your database and files you can restore it.
