We also have a thought of that but it will take some time to integrate.
This will not just work if we integrate “Post a Listing” page under the WCFM dashboard but other listing add-ons have to be work.

Just to mention, presently we are working on feature which will be helpful for you as well.

“Products for WP job Manager” allows to associate a product with a listing,but you have to create a product and listing separately.
We are going to add a section under create listing page so that user can directly create a product from there and associate with that listing.

Please know me if you have any further thoughts or suggestions.

Yes, you are right. There is no such feature for direct chat between vendor – customer.

We already have different demos for all multi-vendor plugins and even for major integrations.

Let me clear your doubts :
1. can admin change different accessibility to each vendor like specific vendor can only add product or manage order nothing else vendor can do ?

– This is possible but not by using WCFM U, for this you have to install WCFM – Groups & Staffs. Hence you can create group of vendors and assign different access to different groups like – product types, categories and other restrictions as well.

2. can vendor export all his order from date to date ?

– Yes definitely, from sales by date report page

3. can vendor change order status like processing or shipped ?

– No, by default vendor can’t do this. There has some very strong reason behind this why we have disabled this for vendors!!

Suppose a customer ordered for 3 items for 3 different products from 3 different vendors. Now none of the multi-vendor plugins create separate order for each vendor products, so there is only one order and only one status for the whole order. Now tell me, which vendor will be responsible for changing that order status.

Though we have created custom solution for the same for our few users and allow their vendors to change order status. But this solution has a strong restriction, a order will have only one product from single vendor.

4. can vendor filter order according to order status ?

– AS I have already mentioned you there is nothing such vendor orders, so vendor can filter only by date.

5. customer can directly chat with vendor or inquiry form to communicate directly with vendor?

– Please know me which multi-vendor plugin you are using in. If it is WC Marketplace then you already have a Vendor contact from for each vendor store, but there is no chat option.

6. can vendor add his own order status.

– It’s similar to point 3

if if i bought this plugin and stuck somewhere will your developer help me to short out the problem and how they will help me ?

– Yes definitely. Now it’s difficult to define how but we are trying to help our users in best possible ways.

Hi,

WCFM has it’s own Custom Field, and that is only for such third party integration.
WE have even integrate “Affiliate WP” using this.

I think it’s just an caching issue for your machine, new JS/CSS for product dashboard not loading.

Can you please take a look by clearing your browser cache, or if you have site cache then please refresh that as well.

Hi,

WCFM – Groups & Staffs a new version has just released, it has many new features –

Vendors have to choose group at the time of Registration so that they will automatically assign to that group.
You may assign managers to the groups
A vendor or a manager can be associated with multiple groups

1. Profile Email – It’s actually user billing email field. Username and User Email are very sensitive user info, WCFM does not allow to edit those anyway.

2. Password Change – It will not a big deal to add password update field under WCFM Profile but we have intentionally kept that away, as per WP standard for changing password – “Forget Password” is the most secure option from site front-end.

Opps!! That’s something serious, but as I have seen from screenshot it’s due to some JavaScript conflict with theme.

Can you please share your theme name with us, I will take a look into it.

I just want to ask one more thing to you, is this very much essential for you to keep theme header/footer withing WCFM Dashboard?
Actually, WCFM Dashboard may run under own header/footer, is this will work for you?

1. Yeah right, we didn’t kept that “Virtual” option for Bookable products just to keep the things simple and assuming that in general Bookable products will be Virtual. Shipping will depends upon product settings so we didn’t hide that as well.
Between, do you really need this things to be manageable as well? Actually we don’t have any such request till now!!

2. Kindly check WCFM Product Manager short description and description editor toolbar, you will find “GMW Form” button.
