ParticipantI don’t seem to have the map working.
I have added my API key and that will then display an image under the “description” but the map is just a blue square with the pin in the middle. Do you have this oprtion working on your end?

ParticipantCan there be a check box at the top of the product editor that would be for the “ticket” product. When it is checked then it activate/make visible the evet tab in the tab area where the “tax” and “attributes” are.
This is how the functionality of the WooCommerce BoxOffice integration was and it worked great.
This way that “event” tab hidden and not visible for all the other products that are being added/edited etc.

ParticipantIf we want the “attendee” information to show up on the product page instead of the “check out page” how do we that.
With the “WooCommerce TicketBox” integration they had the attendee information on the product page and that makes much more sense to have it at the time of the ticket selection rather than at the time of the ticket purchase.
Can that be done?

ParticipantCan the “PDF Ticket Setting” have hover information to explain where this information shows up?
Right now I have no idea where “email text” goes and what it is used for

ParticipantIf the ticket time is using a 24 hr time picker then there should not be an AM/PM selection because there is never a 02:00pm on a 24hr clock. 02:00 is always 2am. 2:00pm would be 14:00

ParticipantCan you make the “day picker” coordinate with the date picker?
For example if I only pick 1 day for the ticket then the system should not let me pick a date past 1 day long.
This will allow for errors in tickets.

ParticipantCan you edit the hover text to remove the reference to “google map API to woocommerce” so that vendors can’t tell what software we are using.

ParticipantIs there going to be a section tab along the side dedicated to managing tickets that displays the calendar of all the events I have planned as a vendor etc?

ParticipantHi there,
Can you remove the referance to the “fooevents” in the hover help buttons?
Many of our marketplaces do not want customers to know what software is being used etc.

ParticipantWhen we use the WooCommerce subscriptions connection and he subscription is canceled there is an automatic process that also cancels the PayPal profile as well.
It would be great if the “Integrated Payment Options” can that be done to eventually function the same?
If the Paypal profile is not cancelled does that mean that the payments will keep recurring even through the membership (through “Integrated Payment Options”) has been cancelled.
Craig
ParticipantI vote for this.
But can you add it as a module that we can control the viability of the option for the marketplace.
There maybe some owners who do not want to offer the free version amd don’t want to pay for the white label version.

ParticipantI have discovered an issues with the sizing of the “store banner”…it is more like 1100×350 than 1650×350
See the attached screen shotsAttachments:

ParticipantI vote that that integration too!
BUT it does look like it is a complicated (so many variables) plugin.
Craig
ParticipantOk thanks.
It was not a high priority item but was something new that WooCommerce recently released.

ParticipantI do see that the “0” is being dropped because it is not important but if you can fix this in a future update it will help us look more professional.
March 28, 2019 at 8:33 pm in reply to: Vendor Email Verification showing RED but setting is turned off #55086Craig
Participantok. I understand now. Thanks for that clarification.
And if the vendor never clears that red envelope it won’t limit there account in any way is correct? Their account will still function normally?
Craig
ParticipantThanks for your answers. They are very helpful.
Regarding #4
Does this stop the automatic recurring billing – NOWhen we do manually cancel a membership what is your recommendation that the marketplace then do to ensure that the billing has also stopped?
Do we need to notify the vendor that they need to go into PayPal and cancel the “automatic payments” profile?AND if we do that is there a danger that they could cancel a profile linked to a vendors subscription product?
Craig
ParticipantOk thanks. This will require the ability to identify that tax portion in the membership settings.
The “workaround” we are doing now as adding the tax and base cost into one lump sum.
For example our $24.00 + 5% GST plan is listed as a single payment of $25.20 so the invoice would still only reflect $25.20 unless we can identify the two entities elsewhere in the membership set up.
