Your requirement can easily be met as WCFM allows each vendor setup their shipping cost as per county, so a particular vendor can allocate USD 10 for India and USD 20 for Malaysia easily, and as each vendor can configure these settings from “Shipping” option, configuring this won’t be an issue.

Seller: Seller are the users who will be uploading products to sell.
Staff: The vendors/sellers will be able to allocate staffs for managing their sotre.
Manager: The admin can allocate managers to manage the store and setup the capabilities accordingly.
Delivery boy: Admin and vendors can allocate delivery boys for handling the deliveries.Thus, you can allocate a manager for managing your store. Hope it helps

Shipping is set up by Admin and availability of shipping types such as Zone, country etc can be only allowed by admin, and the vendors are able to setup their own shipping cost from Vendor’s Dashboard. So to give give you the answers in nutshell-
1. The customer will be shown a single shipping cost which will be an aggregate of all the shipping costs of 3 vendors.
2. Yes, customer will pay it one time at the checkout.

AvinabaMemberHello, you will have to ensure that the priority of the capabilities is correctly set, incase an individual vendor has product limit set to 8, then it will have the limit stored as 8, applying group rules will not alter the results. PLease check the priority.

Coming to comparison, I bet you know that we do provide considerable amount of features compared to Dokan, and a plugin is always judged by the features it provides and it’s scalability. That is the reason, inspite of being late entrant in this domain ( in year 2018) we hold the second best record of active installs! And have over-taken the market of WC Vendor and WCMp !
Please understand that Dokan has been there since 2015, quite understandably, their outreach will be ahead at this moment, but we are working hard to make our tutorials and support better and I can assure you that things will be in place soon.

AvinabaMemberYes, you can specify commission percentage for each vendor from “manage Store vendor page”. Here is the page Goto Admin Dashboard -> Store vendor -> Select the vendor -> Commission and withdrawal.
