Hi, we need to check if this plugin is compatible with our multi-vendor solution. Infact, you can ask the plugin author if they have this compatibility.
check it here: wc-frontend-manager-ultimate\core\class-wcfmu-frontend.php : line 87
Oh In see, well this isn’t provided by default, however it can be done by creating a custom-addon, by the way what are the fields you want to be imported?
You can get it by clicking on the CSV option as shown below ( or attached):

Incase you an Indian customer then PayPal or Stripe will not work as we are also from India, thus you can place the order via bank transfer and we can process it accordingly.
Additionally, there might also be an issue with your card.
Checkout this if it works
add_filter( ‘wcfm_is_allow_customer_add_note’, ‘__return_false’ );
Yes, it’s there using a 3rd party library, you can check this for assistance- https://docs.wclovers.com/live-chat/. Hope it helps
“I also can not assign a multiple role for one of my users (seller and delivery) how?”
>> No, this won’t be possible, if at all you need it, you will have to register them separately with different email id.
“I would also like to have a role of supervision not administrator but getion of the marketplace attributed to 2 people with whom I work to have a management of our sellers? and other ?”
>> The user role of manager would serve this purpose.
Your requirement can easily be met as WCFM allows each vendor setup their shipping cost as per county, so a particular vendor can allocate USD 10 for India and USD 20 for Malaysia easily, and as each vendor can configure these settings from “Shipping” option, configuring this won’t be an issue.
For further details you can check the documentation here- https://docs.wclovers.com/store-shipping/
Hi, you can use Loco-translate plugin for the same, here’s a documentation for it- https://docs.wclovers.com/translation/
Hi, I hope this will clarify your doubts:
Seller: Seller are the users who will be uploading products to sell.
Staff: The vendors/sellers will be able to allocate staffs for managing their sotre.
Manager: The admin can allocate managers to manage the store and setup the capabilities accordingly.
Delivery boy: Admin and vendors can allocate delivery boys for handling the deliveries.
Thus, you can allocate a manager for managing your store. Hope it helps
Shipping is set up by Admin and availability of shipping types such as Zone, country etc can be only allowed by admin, and the vendors are able to setup their own shipping cost from Vendor’s Dashboard. So to give give you the answers in nutshell-
1. The customer will be shown a single shipping cost which will be an aggregate of all the shipping costs of 3 vendors.
2. Yes, customer will pay it one time at the checkout.
3. The shipping company again has to be integrated by the admin and the vendors can make use of those specified companies.
This link will surely clarify your doubts, kindly go through it- https://docs.wclovers.com/store-shipping/
This has to be added from WooCommerce’s side, thus you can add the field from their settings
Hello, you will have to ensure that the priority of the capabilities is correctly set, incase an individual vendor has product limit set to 8, then it will have the limit stored as 8, applying group rules will not alter the results. PLease check the priority.May 23, 2020 at 10:34 pm in reply to: Is WCFM the best marketplace or does it SUCK? Support seems terrible #134553
Hey, thanks for your criticism, but be assured that we will work on our loop-holes very fast. Coming to comparison, I bet you know that we do provide considerable amount of features compared to Dokan, and a plugin is always judged by the features it provides and it’s scalability. That is the reason, inspite of being late entrant in this domain ( in year 2018) we hold the second best record of active installs! And have over-taken the market of WC Vendor and WCMp !
Please understand that Dokan has been there since 2015, quite understandably, their outreach will be ahead at this moment, but we are working hard to make our tutorials and support better and I can assure you that things will be in place soon.
For your benefit, have a look into a comparison, it will surely give you a better outlook – https://wclovers.com/blog/dokan-vs-wcfm-marketplace-which-is-better/
Thanks again for your constructive criticism
Can’t share a probable date at this moment, but it will be done soon.
Hi, the videos are good, keep it up and it will assist a lot of users out there!
Yes, you can specify commission percentage for each vendor from “manage Store vendor page”. Here is the page Goto Admin Dashboard -> Store vendor -> Select the vendor -> Commission and withdrawal.
Attached is the screenshot of the same.

Hi, unfortunately this is not possible to use DIrect paypal plugin in this case.
HI Guys, as a part of WCFM team we would like to say we will surely take this request into account and check about providing it’s support in future.
