    Marked as Shipped at once on Orders page (the one with all the orders):
    3 customer email with shipping tracking info for each item separately.

    1 email with subject: “Your order has been received” + PDF Invoice

    On Order Details page:

    Status Update “Pending Payment”:
    3 emails with subject: “Note added to your order” for each item separately.

    Status Update “In Progress”:
    1 email with subject “Your order has been received” (?) with status update “In Progress #6013” + PDF Invoice for complete order.
    1 email with subject: “Note added to your order” with status update “#6013 order status updated to In Progress” for complete order.
    3 emails with subject: “Note added to your order” with status update “In Progress” for each item separately.

    Status Update: “Shipped”:
    With this code there is a list of all 3 items to pick from to ship, please see attachment 002.
    Choose: “Update all items tracking info”.
    3 emails with shipping tracking info for each item separately.

    Status Update “Completed”:
    1 email with subject “Your order is now complete” with status update “Completed” + PDF Invoice for complete order.
    1 email with subject: “Note added to your order” with status update “#6013 order status updated to Completed”.
    3 emails with subject: “Note added to your order” with status update “Completed” for each item separately.

    WCFM Ultimate version 6.4.10+ > Was already updated.
    Last snippet doesn’t work either.
    So now I tested with 4 different snippets. Also the ones I found here: https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/wcfm-germanized-entering-a-delivery-time-crashes-product-manager/
    But since that topic is also about other shipping issues I limit myself to this/my topic.
    I will post in 4 different posts in order to make it more clear (I hope).
    It turns out that none of the snippets works as is should.

    1 email with subject: “Your order has been received” + PDF Invoice

    On Order Details page:

    Status Update “Pending Payment”:
    1 email with subject: “Note added to your order” for all items together (in Spam Folder)

    Status Update “In Progress”:
    1 email with subject “Your order has been received” (?) with status update “In Progress #5983” + PDF Invoice for complete order.
    1 email with subject: “Note added to your order” with status update “#5983 order status updated to In Progress” for complete order.
    1 email with subject: “Note added to your order” with status update “In Progress” for complete order.

    Status Update: “Shipped”:
    No list of all 3 items to pick from. Only one item visible (Attachment 001).
    Choose: “Update all items tracking info”.
    1 email with shipping tracking info for all items together.

    After updating to Shipped only one item is marked as shipped in the ship section while all items are marked shipped in the order detail overview. (Attachment 001a.)

    Status Update “Completed”:
    1 email with subject “Your order is now complete” with status update “Completed” + PDF Invoice for complete order.
    1 email with subject: “Note added to your order” with status update “Completed” for complete order
    1 email with subject: “Note added to your order” with status update “#5983 order status updated to Completed”

    As you see all four than this one looks the best, except for the item list on shipping tracking ( 001 and 001a)

    Edit: Mind you that this is the one with itemwise instead of itemwized.

    Sorry this one was my bad.
    The orders where the shipping truck was not there where Local Pickup Orders.
    Nevertheless I don’t understand why the “Shipped” option is there in changing order status because it causes the error to go trough shipping. But I can live with that because if Local Pickup was chosen by customer Vendor has to just mark the order “Completed” instead of choosing “Shipped”.
    But there still is a huge problem with notification emails to the customer because not only they get 1 email per shipped item but this happens also with Local Pickup when the vendor marks the order as “Complete”.
    Actually this happens with every status update vendor makes.

    @Sebastian I can not find this in my Woocommerce settings.
    I only have tabs like in attachment but I can not find it there.
    But maybe I’m overlooking something?

    Mind you that I don’t use Germanized plugin so somewhere has to be a bug.
    I can’t imagion that this was done on purpose.

    @Sushobhan could you at least give me an answer to my question 2?
    I’ve been very patience with all the issues you have regarding the last update but I think it’s only fair that you handle the older topics first before answering to the newer ones which have nothing to do with the last update and where the answers can be found with a simple search on Google or in this forum.
    As for myself, I never, ever ask any questions before searching on the internet first on “WCFM – my issue”.
    A lot of it I found myself but sometimes I can not find it, and only than I ask a question here. Not sooner.

    You probably have added the wrong (woocommerce) category in your vendor sidebar widget.
    Look for Vendor Store: Category.

    And there you will see that I was wrong with my sentence above concerning the relation of the issue with Germanized-plugin: It’s also an issue without germanized as you will see in the post.

    And not only that.
    Issue with one ‘shipped’ email per item is also not only in Germanized plugin.

    Thank you for the compliment @Marina but I only can read and understand a little bit German. I also can speak it a little bit because I live ten minutes drive from the German border, but I absolutely can not write it 🙂
    I don’t mind to keep in touch and already sent you an email.

    I can tell you that it is definitely not your Germanized plugin.
    I enabled Shipping Tracking again and placed a few orders with several items and was shocked to see what happened!

    Please see attachments, numbers in post are corresponding with the numbers on the attachments.
    Removed customer name and address due to privacy reasons.

    [1] First of all when you view orders by clicking on the right top of vendor dashboard (the bell) every item of each order is marked as one item. The only thing that separates the orders from each other are the order numbers
    When you click on one item [1a] you will get to see full order [2]
    Look what happens later when I mark the order as shipped [2a]
    [3] One surprising thing was that you CAN put something else in the required tracking fields. N.v.t. means “unzutreffend” in Dutch.
    [4] So I marked the order as shipped with tracking info (n.v.t.) and look what happens. Only the one item is being marked as sent.
    [4a] Going back to the order pages there’s nothing that indicates that at least one of the items of that order has shipped.
    [5] Customer gets one ‘shipped’ email with the only item from the total order.
    [6] When you visit orders from the tab “Orders” in the dashboard on the left side you will get to see the total order.
    [6a] When clicking on ‘View Order’ you will be taken to the same page with the order where there is that one particular item marked as shipped. There is nothing you can change here anymore.

    But wait!

    So you go back to the order page [6] and you click on the truck to mark order as shipped [7] than the whole order will be marked as shipped but customer gets indeed a ‘shipped’ email with tracking info from every item separately, just like you said.

    Well I can live with a lot of WCFM that doesn’t do quite what I want and that is changeable with some workaround or a snippet.
    But this is ridiculous and totally unacceptable me for me!
    And I am not spending another minute on the site as long as this is not solved because this is an absolutely deal breaker for me.

    I only tried with one item ordering at the time and without shipping tracking so I would probably never had found out myself.

    Okay thank you.
    But what about Mollie payment gateway for direct payment option on single vendor checkout?
    If you’re interested and WCFM team too than I can let them have a look in my Joomla plugin for Mollie so no need to reinvent the wheel for them.
    Maybe when enough users are interested in such plugin it will be more lucrative for them to build one.

    Stripe Split Pay – customer money splittet /one part goes to vendor / commission part goes to platform.
    But Vendor than also needs an business account with Stripe right?
    Just like Mollie?

    Edit:
    it would actually be great to have it running at WCFM also for singlevendor checkout, similar (and in best case integrated) to “Direct PayPal pay” plugin!

    So right now I found three issues after updating the plugins.

    1] Store list is not fluid (full width) anymore
    2] Several field labels display wrong as they are placed after the field before and not above the actual field
    3] Is see a shipment method that I never saw before in Woocommerce; Shipping by Distance. When adding a new order manually by vendor in shipping settings there are a lot of shipping methods even if they are disabled in WCFM Admin dashboard
