To replicate this on my side, I’ll require the following details-
– What version of the plugin are you using?
– Is it happening for all the browsers or a particular one?
– Which operating system are you using?
Let me know.SushobhanKeymasterHi,
The code seems correct. Not sure why it is behaving unexpectedly!
Would you be comfortable sharing temporary backend access to your site, to debug this further?
When sharing the access, please don’t forget to mark the reply as private.
Thank you!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
The WCFM add-ons are not SaaS based, which means you will receive the entire source code. So it’s not possible to offer a trial period.
Thank you!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
The API response from your server is not valid/complete. Have you made any changes to the WCFM API plugin?
I would request you to upgrade to the latest version of https://wordpress.org/plugins/wcfm-marketplace-rest-api/. That should fix the issue.
Thanks!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Could you please send me the code snippet that you are using?

What you want to achieve is how our plugin works by default. So don’t use the addon from the previous link. Also, the mandatory category check is probably coming from Settings -> Product Custom Validation screen. Make sure you have Categories unchecked here.
Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?
Also check in Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not! (What is browser console – https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)

Sorry about the delay. You can achieve this setting the Payment mode to “Using WC Checkout” and assigning the membership to a product (membership edit screen). Then a coupon code generated in WooCommerce will work. Please go through this tutorial- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfOMIxNfr3w&feature=youtu.be
Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Please install any email logger plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ and check, from the log, if the emails are getting triggered.
If yes then it is a problem with your email configuration. For that, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider.
Thank YoU!SushobhanKeymasterHi @sudesna401,
The current WCFM Delivery Boy version is 1.2.3
Also here is the changelog- https://wclovers.com/wcfm-delivery-change-log/
Thank You!June 5, 2020 at 8:06 pm in reply to: After login vendor not able to redirect "store-manager" page. #138835SushobhanKeymasterHello @Priyansh,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
So when your vendors logged in, they are getting redirected to home page? And you have tested this behavior after disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce and WCFM plugins. Please confirm.
If you have our Groups & Staff addon or delivery addon, could you please test it for other user roles like a store manager or staff?
Looking forward to helping you.

It seems the vendor we are talking about isn’t a verified one. WCFM Ultimate has this option to set a different product limit until the vendor gets verified. Go to Admin Settings >> Vendor Verification there you will see the option “Product Limit Restriction”, I guess you have set the value 3 here. The default value is empty which signifies ‘as per capability’.
Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Well, WCFM and WCFM Ultimate is a front-end dashboard plugin. It’s not a replacement for WooCommerce or other WC addons.
Using this you are allowed to manage WooCommerce store from site front-end. Also, your vendors are allowed to manage their own stores from the site front-end.
Now, WooCommerce default comes with four product types – simple, variable, groups, and external. WCFM Free has the support for all these product types.
But if you want to have advanced product types like subscription, booking, appointment, rental then WCFM Ultimate is required.
Now, you just have to install those plugins which come with those advanced product types. E.g for booking WC Bookings is required –

WC Subscriptions – https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/

Sorry about the delay!
The whole settings page in spite of different tabs is a single form. And it gets saved using ajax call.
Are you using different browser tabs while making these edits? Because, if you do then that might cause this problem.
Say you have settings page open in 2 browser tabs, in 1st Marketplace Settings, in 2nd Shipping Settings. Then, you make some changes in the Shipping tab and save. After that, you go to the 1st browser tab where the marketplace settings screen is opened. Now if you change anything here and save, that will override your shipping changes.
Let me know if it’s different than what I just explained.
Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
The above code bypass any special character checking and thus can be used for all languages.
@1994.kocak- Sorry about that inconvenience. Though these kinds of tweaking using hooks and filters are pretty common in WP.
Thanks!SushobhanKeymasterHi,
Sorry, previously I thought you can’t access the Groups page. I didn’t realize it was the /vendor-groups/ links. I have tested and able to replicate it on my end. It will be gets fixed in our next update.
Thank You and Sorry for the additional trouble!SushobhanKeymasterThis reply has been marked as private.SushobhanKeymasterHi,
It’s working fine on my end. So it must be an issue of your browser cache. Please clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. You can switch to another browser or incognito mode to confirm this.
Thank You!SushobhanKeymasterHello,
The password isn’t working. Please make sure you save the user after generating a new password. You can also try to login using those credentials just to be sure that it works.
Looking forward to helping you.
