I’m so sorry. I really am! Here are your answers-
1. The code I provided you, will not conflict with the update. It will become unnecessary but will not cause any harm if you keep it.
2. Go to Capability and disable Customer Support under Settings section. It will hide the customer support tab under vendor settings. But the feature will work fine.
One funny thing, I thought I replied to you a few days ago. I have typed my reply that’s for sure but as I can see now, it wasn’t posted. I keep many tabs open at once, maybe somehow I lost track.
Thank You for your patience!
@Sushobhan could you at least give me an answer to my question 2?
I’ve been very patience with all the issues you have regarding the last update but I think it’s only fair that you handle the older topics first before answering to the newer ones which have nothing to do with the last update and where the answers can be found with a simple search on Google or in this forum.
As for myself, I never, ever ask any questions before searching on the internet first on “WCFM – my issue”.
A lot of it I found myself but sometimes I can not find it, and only than I ask a question here. Not sooner.
not a problem, resolved using your latest update.
the latter has been resolved with the latest update “global booking times”, but still trying to resolve this
Can you share with me a website that has WCFM and it works on it, because it works with woocommerce only but not with WCFM.
fix that in the next update
Well, but only because I requested to double check. I tas was already reported in post #130674.
Provide me your “showstopper” topic links and I’ll try to answer them asap
So you don’t have access to the email conversation I had with support obviously, so here the main one:
https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/wcfm-germanized-entering-a-delivery-time-crashes-product-manager/#post-129778
And there you will see that I was wrong with my sentence above concerning the relation of the issue with Germanized-plugin: It’s also an issue without germanized as you will see in the post.
(there’s also this old thread about the same topic but let’s stay in one conversation:
https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/customers-receive-one-email-for-each-product-shipped/
After updating WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace from version 3.3.12 to 3.4.0, images near the category are missing.
After updating WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager version 6.4.9 to 6.5.0, the site is not showing any images. Also the notifications and products inside the Admin area are missing. Rolled back to previous site by restoring Jetbackup Whole site backup.
Note I haven’t updated to WordPress latest version of 5.4.1

We have add this “Shipping By Distance” feature in our latest update, incase you do not need it, you can turn off this module. And make sure “Checkout User Location” is turn-off also from Geo location settings.

Hi,
I checked the source code and confirm there is a bug that’s why old attributes aren’t kicked in. We’ll fix that in the next update. So it will be backward compatible for sure.
I understand how you are feeling, and we will try to come close to your expectation in the coming days. That being said, the majority of your topics aren’t related to bug but enhancement or different behavior.
WCFM supports max number of 3rd party solutions and offers the highest number of features than any of its peers. Also, when we introduce new features like vendor chat via Firechat, or vendor delivery time, or distance rate shipping we either add that to our free plugin or existing paid addon. We don’t create new addons or add a necessary feature to one of our less popular pro addons. What I want to say is that our priority is not money. For that same reason, we aren’t fond of customization projects. Support was, is, and always will be our first priority.
Provide me your “showstopper” topic links and I’ll try to answer them asap.
Thank you!
… which means the older attributes still work.
you mean: are supposed to work. I gave you examples that currently don’t. So if you plan to fix that in future update to get backward compatibility back, great. If you are not aware, please double check (e.g. sidebar=””, map=”” etc.)
About support: I started making WCFM run exactly 7 months ago and are constantly reporting my roadblockers. Long before Corona. I bring in the medium and important topics, of course most are not “critical”. For feature requests I have never reveived anything, not even a quote – and I’m also talking about last year. Even when I wanted to be kind by asking at WCFM Customization for modification of invoices in order to follow european standard, I could also have simply complained why invoices don’t fulfill international standard (such as invoice number for membership and commission invoice).
To be fair, there were roadblockers brought up from my side such as UI with Fancy Product Designer (last year) and solved by WCFM. I even offered you extra payment for support to eliminate my roadblockers (not feature request, support!) – didn’t help. I even hired professional developers but they didn’t succeed neither or provided a code that is not safe from update and not sufficiently good (the code I shared with you). I even cancelled the “multivendor” strategy because it was not working as required and now switched to “singlevendor checkout”. But again a roadblocker (one tracking email sent per item not per order – a NoGo to bomb customers with dozens of emails only to provide one tracking-#). But as this is obviously related to germanized-plugin no need to spend effort on make this run properly because there are just relatively few users running this plugin.
If you were in my situation, waiting for “showstoppers” to get solved on the one hand side and looking at the changelogs and the help provided in the forum for so many minor improvements over the months (also during Corona): how would you feel?
Lastly, we never took any support request lightly This is surely correct for you, Sushobhan. But unfortunately I cannot confirm this anymore generally. Having spent enormous time in providing explanations of issues (incl. videos etc.) its frustrating to receive an answer in the sense of “no need to change any settings, everything fine”. Nothing is fine, that’s why I’m writing to support.
We are working round the clock Appreciated. And how are your criteria of prioritization and how to move up in the list? In other words: If you keep working round the clock as currently, can you estimate how long it will take until you reach to my critical topic? Days, weeks, or again months?
Hier habe ich gestöbert
die haben ein neues update gemacht viele haben jetzt probleme
https://wclovers.com/forums/search/update/
I rummaged here
they made a new update many now have problems
Viel Glück und Erfolg Marina
I just updated to version 3.4.0 of the marketplace plugin and there were a number of updates related to the maps and the the Store List – amongst many others, which is awesome thank you 😀
3.4.0
*Updated – 13/05/2020
Enhance – Store List search by “City” and “Zipcode” option added – Documentation
Enhance – Store and Product location using map url improved to show exact location on Google map with marker
Enhance – Store setup responsive and RTL CSS improved
Tweak – Map default pin icon changed
Fixed – Product archive radius filter “no match” condition showing all stores on map issue resolved
Fixed – Map default location and default zoom not working for all maps issue resolved
Fixed – Store and product list map “auto_zoom” not working properly issue resolved
However we are now having issues with the shortcodes for the store list and map not working properly, the map which we hid has now reappeared
We use the shortcode [wcfm_stores theme=’compact’ per_row=”2″ orderby=’newness_desc’ map=””] (and now the store list layout breaks if we remove theme=’compact’ from the code)
On a separate map page we had [wcfm_stores_map map_zoom=”12″ country=””] and now the country/location filter has re-appeared since the new update.
(we have also tried map=” and map=”no”, cleared caches etc…)
We tried following the info here… https://docs.wclovers.com/store-list/ but it appears some of the shortcode options are not listed there.
We also have an issue with the Store List Map having the pin in the wrong location (as the image for the pin looks at the LAT and LONG for the location, but the image has the top left pixel at the marker point not centred – See attached (the marker should be on same spot as the blue ATS Google pin)
Any help you can provide with fixing these couple of things up would be greatly appreciated. 😀

Currently, the reviews for the vendor, are a feature, varity, flexibility, delivery and support as shown on the attached picture. How can I change it to Value, communication, punctuality, execution and service?
i just update new version
WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager Version 6.5.0
WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager – Ultimate Version 6.5.0 |
WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace Version 3.4.0
but when i click “/dashboard/settings/” tab
all option can’t edit…
Because for a product you have to pay for, it doesn’t seem to be scalable for any theme. There’s no search function that allows you to attach it to the standard WooCommerce search that will simply allow customers to search for stores. There’s nothing that has a simple PHP snippet that allows you to insert store name when you list a product on a page in a third-party scroller (for example wc_get_vendor_store) that you can put in place anywhere to show the store name associated with the product.
I made a post that someone else seconded a few weeks ago reporting a bug about vendors not being able to create auctions because it doesn’t save the date, etc…
NO RESPONSE.
Weeks go by and they do not update the script to add the most requested features from PAYING CUSTOMERS. And if you ask for something that should be standard, they want you to pay for it.
Why charge people for a plugin that the buyer will have to finish anyways? I had to write a few scripts myself.
I’ll check this from my end and update you. Meanwhile, install https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ and check if the new order email is triggered or not at your end.
Thank You!
Hi,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Please check your browser console for any JS errors. I think your second problem might be related to Google Map API key.
Also, update the plugin to the latest version.
Thank You!
Hi,
Please be sure, each of our updates passes through several rounds of testing. Though sometimes due to our limited test dataset some bugs fall through the cracks. Test data always has this limitation 🙁
Our changes in wcfm_stores shortcode are backward compatible, which means the older attributes still work. Also, the changelog is in sync with the latest version number (v6.5.0).
Lastly, we never took any support request lightly. It’s just for the last couple of months we are receiving almost 5X more requests per day due to COVID. We are working round the clock but still pending requests are getting pile up. Believe me, we are trying our best!
Thanks!
Where we and vendors clicked on any option on the desk, products, orders, vendors, and any option and WC marketplace is not showing ANYTHING. Vendors can not see their orders, their productos, nothing is working!!!!
PLEASE HELP, we updated woocommerce and wordpress.
Just another update, I rolled back WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager to version 6.4.8 and everything works fine again. I tried reinstalling 6.5.0 and the same issue occured so I rolled back to 6.4.8
Hi, any update on this please?
Dear,
Carousel on my site does not work after todays update.
I used code [wcfm_stores_carousel includes=””] I tried to add per row [wcfm_stores_carousel per_row=”5″ includes=””] but nothing loads on frontend.
Any hint on what is happening ?
Hello,
Please contact with your WPML plugin support regarding the error.
Have you chance to check “Inquiry confirmation freeze” issue using default wordpress theme and only activated WooCommerce and WCFM plugins( are updated)? The issue is still there? Let us know.
Thanks.
Hi,
Since the last update, [wcfm_stores] seems to have new parameters. I had it properly configured for my marketplace but after updating, the old parameters seems not to work. For instance, I am not able to remove left sidebar.
This is my current configuration:
[wcfm_stores theme="simply" has_map=”no” has_search=”no” has_category=”no” has_country=”no” has_state=”no” has_radius=”no” per_row=”4″ has_orderby=”no”]
Does anybody know how to remove it?
Thanks.
You are always welcome 🙂
Let me know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
Can we ask for a favor? Would you mind taking a few minutes to review our plugin at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wc-multivendor-marketplace/reviews/ and let others know about your 5 Star experience with WCFM Marketplace. Also, follow us on Twitter https://twitter.com/wcfmmp for more exciting news, important updates, and irresistible offers.
Hi Sushobhan,
at least you are responding to (my) messages and in a professional way. So maybe I can ask you for a favour, please:
Do you mind if WCFM does some testing by themselfs ahead of launching updates in the future? I do testing for you since months now with enormous amount of time spent, topics not taken serious at all and never reaching to a point that is worth going live. I’m getting bored of this, particularly when I see that you don’t care about the main roadblockers at all (eventhough I’m really happy about the speed improvement with latest update).
Also: If you change something critical like a shortcode: 1. Please mention this in the changelog of an update and 2. post the new changelog together with the update, please. Even now after all this discussion the changelog of Frontend Manager is still on version 6.4.9 but the plugin is on 6.5.0.
