Jamie O’ReillyParticipantSorry, I understand now. What happens though if you introduce a limit a membership plan to 50 products but there’s already one or two members of that plan that have more than 50 products. Will it simply stop them from adding any more or will it in some way cause an error on their shop?
jamie
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantThe bit I don’t understand is how to ‘assign that group to a membership’. Please advise. Thanks
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantAny news on this please?
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantIn that case would they have to enter all of their details again or could they just login and upgrade their Membership?
Jamie
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantYes
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantPlugin Woo Commerce Product Add Ons plugin – enables vendors to add custom product fields so customers can choose to personalise a product with a message or select from options. Much like attributes but better.
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantOK thanks.
October 18, 2019 at 12:51 am in reply to: store name and slug dissapearred from store settings #87453Jamie O’ReillyParticipantNo further action required on this one. Not exactly sure what caused it but switching back on some of the modules like catalogue seemed to restore the field.
Thanks
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantWe’ve investigated and found that there seems to be an issue tied to the reviews. When the add ons are used and saved, the page seems to call on the related reviews which it cannot tie to the product and it then fails to load the page correctly. Definitely a problem but turning off the reviews at the Woo Commerce settings has provided a temporary fix whilst we investigate further. Will update you on what we find.
Jamie
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantHello, Do you know when this will be please? Many thanks : )
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantDon’t worry. All fixed. It was just that we had Stripe in test mode. Thanks anyway.
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantThanks much appreciated.
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantHi Guys
We’ve fixed it …… but not sure how 🙂
It now shows correctly as the store name and not the number. Sorry for bothering you.
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantHi
Its version 2.3.4
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantHi
No we’re not using any other shipping plugin. See full screenshot.

Jamie O’ReillyParticipantHi
Yes it responds in that it changes to a single long list on a mobile phone but that’s not very good for comparing different levels of subscription. People need to be able to see them side by side so that they can see what extra things they get with the higher levels. This is why a carousel would work so much better like this guy does https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-offload-media/pricing/
We’d love to make a version like this.

Jamie O’ReillyParticipantHi. It does seem to be a conflict between King Composer and Storefront that’s leading to duplicate items in the basket. Storefront steered me to King Composer and I completed a contact form on their site although they don’t seem to have a support forum and when I read posts on the Facebook group I wasn’t filled with confidence. We’ve not heard back so far.
We’ve managed to side step the issue by using Ajax to add to the cart. So far so good. Thanks for monitoring this issue.
Jamie
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantJamie O’ReillyParticipantThank you that would help so much. PLEASE can you help with my newest ticket about shipping I am so stressed about it
Thank youJamie O’ReillyParticipantHave also now tested for plugin conflicts and it seems that we have the issue when King Composer is activated but not when it is deactivated so we’re exploring this now.
Jamie
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantHi
We found that switching from Storefront to the basic theme resolved the issue so wouldn’t that suggest it’s a conflict with Storefront. You can see what we’re experiencing here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/dw0wm0xnznc5lyd/AADSLKOqqTTwwO7mCZWbLS9ka?dl=0

Jamie O’ReillyParticipantHi
I tried Filebird and thought it was a great solution but unfortunately, I found that vendors were able to create folders as well and access folders that other vendors had created – argh. Had to deactivate it quickly. I did ask the plugin maker if there was any way that access to the folders could be restricted to a specific user level eg admin but they said that was not currently possible so at the moment I still don’t have a solution. Interested to hear from anyone else on something that might work.
Jamie
Jamie O’ReillyParticipantThanks
