I’m not from support team, just user (actually currently still tester, hopefully becoming user one day).

Ok, I was able to bring most things of store list back to run using new shortcodes.

But radius_filter is only working if sidebar is disabled! NOT working as widget in the sidebar
    See video next post:

OK, they now updated the shortcodes. You obviously need to go through them and update the shoortcodes.

yes, the store listing changed, the main problem with that is that some shortcodes doesn’t work anymore such as sidebar”” or map””. Can you confirm this, @Henriette

But different. In my case I updated today on May 13th several WCFM plugins but the shortcodes on store listings doesn’t work anymore. It ignores the map”” and the sidebar “”.

I made a video to show you the difference beetween status yesterday (stage.) and today (public_html). Please inform soon how to get this back.

What works impressingly good is the speed improvement of the dasboard (admin and vendor backend) – Chapeau for this improvement!

But please help us to fix this issue. video next post.

I plan on using Ideal payment (like Stripe) and Paypal for electronic payment gateway and I would like to have vendor also can choose bank account directly from checkout.
Just to avoid misunderstanding: How do you plan to run ideal with WCFM? I haven’t heard this is supported but I’m happy if you proof me of something different. In the beginning I also thought I could use all the payment types supported by stripe such as apple pay, giropay etc. for the WCFM stripe split pay, but all these are not supported, only american cards. That’s why I want to double check that you don’t make the same mistake.

It would be nicer indeed when vendor could choose his own tax because right now
I assume you already implemented at least the code snippet to hide the tax field in product manager for private vendors and apply 0% VAT to all of them, right?

Although I must admit that the added shipping tax in cart puzzles me a little bit but I’m not that far yet to have a good look into it.

As you use singlevendor checkout you are already safe from the big error WCFM is doing in the shipping tax calculation. There’s only a medium error left. Imagine you have a vendor selling TV’s (21% VAT) and Banana’s (9%). The customers buys within one order a TV for 100€ and Bananas worth A) 10€ B) 100€ C) 1000€. How would you expect the VAT on shipping to be calculated in the 3 scenarios?
In Europe you are generally safe if you would do it the following way:
    – Have shipping as GROSS value not NET value. Unfortunately is not foressen from WooCommerce and would therefore be solved by Germanized-plugin, but running WCFM + germanized in parallel end up again in NET shipping values – unfortunately.
    – Do tax split on shipping cost. So first the ratio of each VAT is calculated (in our example B) 50:50 and than this ratio is applied to the shipping cost, so in our example B) 50:50 means Gross shipping price of 5 € would mean 21% on 2,50 and 9 % on 2,50.
But as explained WCFM does not do this tax split. Instead uses the WooCommerce/setting/tax/shipping tax class which should be at least “based on cart items”.

But it’s just 1 email and 1 pdf with all the items customer has bought.
Well the question was more how many tracking-# emails are sent (one per order or one per item)? Should be one email per order for you because you are not running germanized.

… WOW, today I received an email from WCFM-premium-support. The one before arrived on 22nd of February stating they will “check my requests” (just to mention: yes I’ve sent many reminders in between) – Yes, difficult times, but 3 months is too long.
In the email today they are only referring to above post. I think it’s kind of fair to share with other the status of your actions on this:

Regarding “Disable multivendor checkout: checked or unchecked?” the answer is “-No need”. Whatever this means, I take this as “unchecked is correct”.

Then I was explained the function of order sync when using multivendor checkout: Sorry, I’m running singlevendor checkout! So no answer which is better to achieve one email for customer notifications eventhough this has currently an enourmus impact on it.

About the block that I marked with WC settings / germanized I was asked:
“Are these WooCommerce Germanized setting? WCFM does not have any such setting options!” Well easy to answer: yes, exactly as written above this block

Then I was asked: “This is for, how you want to notify your customers? For whole order one notification or notification for individual order items.” Well I’m happy to repeat myself: whole order one notification, please.

Then I was told: “If you use this snippet then it will send one notification for whole order.” Well, if so, why am I sending all these videos in the blue private post to proof that exactly this is NOT the case under certain setting circurmstances.

Then I was told: “Hope you know, WCFM has “Shipment Tracking” module. Now, if vendor add shipment info then will definitely notify customers. Not depend on any setting for Germanized plugin.” Well, the point is, I’ve sent a bunch of videos above proofing that WCFM tracking module is very much depending on the settings of WC-Germanized-plugin and that you should inform people about correct seetings. The funny part: I get a message once somebody watch one of these videos at loom and I’ve received only one notificaton message in total: from myself testing if this “video-watched-notification” still works.

Please, simply tell us how the settings should be to run WCFM + Germanized in order to send only one email per order to customers concerning
    – note sent to customer
    – order status changed
    – tracking information added for complete order.

… again interesting to see: I requested this 5 months ago and was promissed 3 months ago that a solution will be implemented but nothing happened at all …
    https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/privacy-policy-during-membership-registration/

So does it mean I don’t need to wait for the promised integrated solution anymore and should try to implement these code snippets and css as well? If so, I expect WCFM support to write a comment below the mentioned post that they changed their mind and no such solution will be provided in the future. Thank you.

The name is a bit misleading, should better be called europized plugin. It makes your site conform the legal requirements. Main things are display the inclueded VAT to each price, link to costs for shipment, use for the tax of shipping the same tax as the product, create automatic deliverys for DHL and communication with DHL.
The point is, that WCFM says it’s compatible with Germanized but actually isn’t:
    Example:
tax split (or split tax, however) is a simple formula, nothing special at all, but should be done per vendor of course. The Germanized plugin doesn’t know about different vendors so use the cart as basis. It would be work of WCFM to transfer this simple formula to each vendor and not use the complete cart. I describe this here:
    https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/wcfm-germanized-split-tax-on-off-causing-issues-with-vat-on-shipping-cost/

Also the DHL shipment integration would actually be a genious feature, but WCFM does not integrate this into the dashboards of vendors.

… Thanks, that helps. Because with PayPal Direct Pay + Germanized plugin and WCFM Ultimate tracking feature there is sent ONE tracking-# email for EACH ITEM and not per order. But if that’s not the case for you, looks like it’s an issue again with germanized plugin (but to be confirmed). thanks.

What if you have products from 5 different vendors in cart.

As multivendor checkout based on WCFM Stripe Split Pay does currently not work properly for the requirements in Europe:
    A) no tax split and wrong tax on shippment:
    https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/tax-on-shipping-incorrect-based-on-cart-and-not-on-choice-of-vendor/
    B) only american cards (Visa, Master) can be used and none of the many other stripe supported payment gateways such as apple pay, google pay, giropay, SEPA, etc.,

Therefore I assume all participants on this post go for singlevendor checkout with PayPal. So than it’s absolutely fine to have one policy button per vendor, because there will be only one and one button for platform policy.

“Are you sure the policy required at cart …” It should be on the checkout page, not in the shopping cart!
And yes, the request of DeinDorfleben was to have this button for each vendor…

And I would even go a step further and add one point:
Germanized plugin displays to each product price the amount of VAT (if there is VAT) and a link to shipping cost. This shipping cost link directs to a page where I have write something like:
“sorry, please go to the single product page or the store page of the vendor you want to by something from and search for policy tab and have a look to shipping prices there or put a product into your cart and let the costs calculate”
Actually it would be correct to link this “shipping cost” directly to the store policy of a vendor. Probably difficult to do but this would be correct.

    Dear Mr. Sarmistha Chakraborty;
    similar but different topic:
I want my vendors to enter only storewide store policies from their vendor dashboard and disallow to modify product policies. But the store policies should be displayed as currently on store page tab and on single product page tab. It’s a legal thing that there should be one store wide policy for the complete store and not be many different ones for each product.

So is there a possiblity to hide only the tab to enter product policies in the “product manager” (hope this is correct word for where the vendor enters all details of a product such as price etc.). All rest stay the same.

    Thank you very much.

But WCFM does not support your request as is confusing for multivendor checkout. But for single vendor checkout (e.g. PayPal direct pay plugin) could work if there’s a basis on that all vendors needs to agree, for example PayPal supported by all. See here:
    https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/stores-vendors-selecting-its-own-payment-methods/

    @ Henriette – can I ask:
Are you within Europe? Or in other words: what is your plan to go for?
    – multivendor checkout standard
    – multivendor chekcout stripe split pay:
If so, did you check if tax on shipping is calculating correctly in case there are vendors with different tax status or products with different VAT (or will they all have same tax status and all products have same VAT):
    https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/tax-on-shipping-incorrect-based-on-cart-and-not-on-choice-of-vendor/

    – single vendor checkout (e.g. with PayPal direct pay):
If so, did you check how many emails are sent to customer with tracking numbers (also notes to customers) per item:
    https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/customers-receive-one-email-for-each-product-shipped/
    https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/wcfm-germanized-entering-a-delivery-time-crashes-product-manager/

I’m asking because you are already “getting tired of issues” like you mention in other post but I wonder if you are aware of the main issues yet …

Nice argument. But what is with single vendor checkout, for example with PayPal Direct Pay?

What is confusing for the customer if PayPal is required from all vendors as a basis and certain vendors could offer cash on delivery on top?

    Just for others as well:
I posted a bunch of videos showing different scenarios of settings and none is working properly:
My question to WCFM, also sent them per email:

I’m running PayPal direct pay plugin, Ultimate, Groups&Staff, Germanized – all on latest version.
How do settings have to be:
    WCFM order setting:
    – Disable multivendor checkout: checked or unchecked?
    – Order sync: checked or unchecked?

WC settings / germanized / shipments:
    – Notify customers about new shipments: activated or not activated?
    – Enable: Automatically create shipments for orders: activated or not activated?
    – Update status: Mark order as completed after order is fully shipped: activated or not activated?
    – Mark as shipped: Mark shipped after order completion: activated or not activated?

    Code snippet in functions.php:
    – add_filter( ‘wcfm_is_allow_itemize_notification’, ‘__return_false’ ); use it or not?
    – Any other code snippet missing?

Target ist ONE email per ORDER (NOT per item) sent to customer:
    – if vendor change order status
    – if vendor enter tracking information for complete order
    – if vendor add note to order that is supposed to be sent to customer

Supplementary following should work as intended
    – order to be marked as shipped for vendor and for admin if tracking information entered.
    – possibility for vendor to mark specific items as shipped supplementary to mark complete order as delivered.

… well, I’m trying to make WCFM run since 7 months now. So I payed them money to do almost fulltime testing for them for free and on top now I’m even paying fiverr developers to find out solutions but they are also limited. So yes, there are difficult times, but as mentioned, it’s honestly 7 months now of intense working and still not able to go live. So don’t get me wrong, I understand that 1 week waiting is not good, but if you are waiting for answers since months somethings tells me better to inform how this courrently works here. To be fair:
    – moving the display of the postal code was solved for somebody else and when I participated I was helped by somebody obviously working at WCFM
    – They solved my WC-delivery time field fatal-error issue with the last update which I don’t need anymore because I payed a lot to fiverr developer in the meantime to use other field.

    For your shipping topic:
It helps if you post screenshots in English. In your case I would check if “spedizione per paese” (probably by country) works and then switch to weight. Don’t know if there’s an issue because you have provinces activated, I would avoid this in the beginning. Check if in admin dashboard you have selcted this one for your vendors as choice. Check that Italy or whatever is selcted as possible delivery country from the “generale” tab and that the corresponding vendor has no complicated logic, like different weights etc. Just a value in the field “if no other rule is applied” (and country). Let me hear if this helps, then we could do the next loop.

Could it be that by fixing above topic a new one was created? I’m using latest version of everything and ….
#1. If now a vendor (or admin) marks an order as shipped (for example from the order overview), the status doesn’t change to “shipped” anymore. No more blue truck visible even emails are sent to the customer and notifications to vendor and admin.

Since some time I’m also facing the issue that
#2. Emails with tracking information are sent per item and not per order. So for 3 items 3 emails are sent, even I added the code snippet to functions.php to send one note per order not per item. Is there a code snippet to send one shipment tracking email per order not per item?
#3. “inside an order” there’s this field to enter shipment tracking information either for complete order or for certain products. In my case only first product is visible and possible to select. So for example if I want to mark the third product as shipped is not possible.

All this and also a modification of a wcfm ultimate core file that “solves” the problem #2 (from a payed fiverr developer but is not safe from wcfm updates) can be seen in video next post.

just to mention: I now changed to single vendor checkout by running the paypal direct pay plugin, In the new settings tab for orders I have order sync checked and have Disable Multivendor Checkout not checked because running paypal direct pay plugin (correct?).

… I have to admit, that it doesn’t really work to change the title color into a darker one, because as soon as an email address or telephone is displayed, these can’t be read anymore on top of this new greenish bar (background-color of email and telephone). This is the same for all types of layout (not only simple one).
So I switched to a leight grey, but neither address in front of white background nor email and telephone in front of greenish bar are looking good.
So this topic is still open!

    Hi,
after having spent a lot of money in fiverr webdevelopers to find a turnaround for your bug (because I had the feeling you don’t take such posts serious anymore) – I saw yesterday it was part of your update to solve this.

Q1: Now that the field is useless to me, is there an option to hide this delivery time field?

Q2: There is still the question about Germanized and GermanMarket open. Now that GermanMarket – plugin is supported as well, will you
    A) switch from Germanized to GermanMarket or
    B) will both be supported in future
    ???
