Are you wanting only admin to see this status? or the vendors as well?

If you do this please make it optional as there are marketplaces that do not communicate this status to the vendors.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

In a previous reply above you indicated that “We have a plan to use another image editor for frontend”. Do you have an estimated time line for that integration?

    Many thanks

Hi there can you confirm that the automatic creation of the PayPal profile that was created with the membership is also cancelled when the membership is cancelled? Has this enhancement been completed in a recent update?

This is so that the recurring payments are automatically canceled at the same time that the membership is cancelled.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

I wanted to check in on this. Did the charge tax on memberships get implemented?

I have completed all the updates and I don;t think I see where I edit this tax setting.

    Thanks
    Craig

Excellent. I have updated the Accommodations add-on plugin and the error is gone as well.

    Thanks for the update.

@Vjean – do you recall which particular plugin update you did that this error showed up? Was it a WooCommerce plugin or WC Lovers?

We are experiencing this error on our website as well and so far have identified the Accommodation add-on to be the culprit but we did a bunch of plugin updates at the same time.

Thanks. I just discovered that issue.

I did not realize those plugins were out of date.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi there,

I see this error when I got to WCFM Capability and press “Save” to bind “Event” capabilities with Vendor user role.

Do you know what this means? I have the updated plugins as well.

    that’s awesome.

Can you just have the descriptor say “Title Edit disabled” (and not have the “it has other sellers” as that is not true in all cases)?

Or perhaps you could say “Title cannot be edited once published – This is to maintain the unique URL”

Can you clarify where you see the “tickets tab”. Is this a tab on the main menu of the vendor dashboard similar to the “Bookings” and “Subscriptions” tabs? (I don’t see that). Just a “support ticket” tab.

I have experienced this as well.

Here a vendor had taken an existing published listing and completely changed it (new name, description, photos etc). You can see the URL slug and the product names do not match.
    https://www.thrivinglocally.com/product/mini-videogame-console-built-in-620-games/

If there is a way to somehow prevent this (or have the slug update to match the product name?) that would be good.

I’m not as concerned about the categories as that is more of an elements they need to update just like the description and photos so the vendor needs to be diligent with that type if information anyway. But they have no way to edit the URL.

    That’s a great idea Steve!

We use a standard webpage where we direct member signups page before the membership sign up takes place which allows us to display a bit more information.

Have you looked at the App? it is designed only for the vendors use. (not customers)

what I mean is that instead of automatically removing the last picked category it might be better that the user needs to “un-check it” before they can recheck a new one.
If you have lots of categories this would be recommended because the vendor gets that last chance to confirm that they are making the right decision by “un-checking” their previous selection and then selecting a new one.

I would suggest that the system not let you select past the limit at all and display a warning that “max categories selected. Please un-select other to make room for new ones”

otherwise you are going to get people selecting and selecting and not realizing they are overwriting (deleting) the previous selection especially if those previous selections are no longer visible because the list is long and can’t be viewed in the smaller window.

It is always recommended that you first try to isolate the plugin causing the problem. Have you done that?

Deactivate your plugins then activate them one at a time and preform the function. And see which plugin you activated causes the issue.

They are already compatible with WooCommerce Bookings and Woocommerce Appointments.
I can’t see the WC Lovers spending all the time at energy to support another integration of the same functionality unless you want to pay them for custom work.

You can see their current compatibility plugins here. It is very impressive!

    Raja,

Don’t forget that this plugin is used in many different countries that have many different tax rules.
For Example in Canada alone we have 3 different taxes “GST”, “PST”, and “HST” depending which province you base business in.

And each tax would be applied differently depending on what was purchased (some items are taxable and some are not).

So your request needs to be an “optional” function as in some marketplaces we would not want to apply that structure.

IF your tax is applied to every commission transaction then can’t you just combine the two percentages.
4.5% + (18% of 4.5%) = 5.31% would be the commission that should capture your base commission + the tax you need to charge on your portion of the commission.

    Word of advice:
You do not want to go the WordPress multi-site route. Very few plugin’s are tested and confirmed to be full functioning for the multi-site environment.

I had considered going that route but was heavily advised against it because of this factor.

PLUS – for each site you create within multi-site I believe you have to purchase a new plugin licence for each as they are considered separate site.

    Once enhancement would be:

Vendor to receive an email summary of their store alerts
These are the alerts that show up in their dashboard /store-manager/messages/
It would be useful for a vendor to be able to:
    – turn this feature ON or OFF (but defaulted to ON)
    – Determine if they want hourly, daily, weekly, monthly emailed alert summaries
